The B & B Eng. DRZ400 Bash Plate is made from 4mm thick 5083 aluminium plate. Strong and great looking, this is the top of the line protection plate for the DRZ. Like all he other B&B Bash Plates, these plates have foam or rubber where required to keep things a bit more quiet. This plate fits the E, S, SM & kick start models.

Precision Motorcycle Racks strongly recommends these side racks be used with their Top Rack because the racks use each other to mount properly. They were never intended to be used by themselves without the rear rack. 
If you are going to mount these side racks without the use of their top rack please select the extra hardware kit option that includes 2 brackets, 2 steel spacers, and an extra hardware kit that is required for proper installation.

These side racks will not play nice with any other brand rear rack, and installation without their top rack will prove to be quite difficult.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.

If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

IMS made this tank to replace the stock radiator shrouds and keep the fuel down low for a lower center of gravity, improving the handling and stability of the bike. These quality JT sprockets are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

Quality steel sprockets and 525 O-Ring chain. 525 chains come in 120 link length and will have to be cut down to fit. They also come with rivet type master links. Clip type master links are available below. Single sprockets and chains are also available below.

The Moose Racing is a quality chain roller with 2 sealed ball bearings. The stock roller has no bearings. It's just a plastic wheel riding on a bolt. Ball bearing chain rollers are smoother, quieter and last longer.

The ProCycle seat was designed for both comfort and function. Our seat is built with a premium grade foam that is denser for those long days in the saddle, and also giving you freedom to move while standing. 

The wide and sturdy seat makes long rides more comfortable. The vinyl weave helps keep you cool by letting air flow between you and the seat. The front of the seat is narrower, giving you space for your knees when you're standing, while the sides have grip so you can hold on with your knees while riding. 2 high-quality bushings per set. They recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set. If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles they recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.

Every new set of pegs comes with a 90A bushing installed. This is a medium flex rating. 
80A is the softest and 95A lock-out is the stiffest and has the least amount of flex.

The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference.

The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. If there's any question about the condition of your bearing replace it now with this double sealed bearing and quality seal.

Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket hub.

Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier.

The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference. 

They put an a90 bushing on all new mount setups so people can get a good feel for their mid range option.  They designed their hardware to bend rather than break in a significant impact. A wrench or adjustable wrench will quickly and easily bend the bolt back straight. Please avoid using a hammer. A little leverage from a long-handled wrench or pipe will do the job. The whole system is rebuild-able and serviceable.

They Fit Kawasaki KLX110 and Yamaha TW200 however some of these bikes may need a little modification by yourself, Please check the size carefully before you buy. If you make mods to the footpegs for fitments it will void all warranties and return policies.
