The Nomadic Rack for the early generation KLR650. CNC laser cut from 3/16" 5052 aluminum with a large 12" x 18" mounting surface area. Sand blasted and then powder coated black to give it a shot peened look. This rack is an easy installation with no modifications required. There are multiple strap slots for securing gear bags and cargo. Rack is compatible with RotoPax mount. All hardware and instructions included.

The B&B Off Road Engineering rear carry rack is made from 4mm aluminum 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. Our carry racks are Tig welded with a polished finish and are sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

A direct replacement for the stock KLR hoses that tend to crack and leak after a few years.

These silicone hoses are custom made for us. Silicon hoses operate at much higher temperatures and pressures than other rubbers, they don't perish, and they look great!

Stock and typical after market drain plugs can protrude past some skid plates. This steel low profile drain plug stays inside the skid plate so it can't be snagged by passing objects.

This Quiet Insert comes stock in all new FMF Q4 mufflers. If you lost yours, this is the replacement you need.

It will fit Q4, Q4 Hex, Powercore and Powercore Hex mufflers.

The latest version of the Powercore 4 design incorporates a hi-flow core which mas more surface area to absorb more sound while flowing more exhaust. Attach this over your brake lever and hand grip, squeeze the brake lever, pull the locking bar in and lock the black portion down. This creates a locked front brake, making parking safe and secure with about 5 seconds of effort.

Givi makes a great set of Crash Bars available for the Africa Twin. If your intentions include off-road riding of any kind, you really should not go without protection. Not only for you, but for your bike too. Even a slow-speed tip-over can cause damage that would make riding away impossible.

For the upper set, you just need to select the matching color to the lowers you have ordered. Install them all at once, or the lowers alone for a while, then the uppers. Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. Choose the 'standard' 8.15kg/mm spring for rider/ luggage up to 220lbs. Weigh more than 220 lbs, or are loaded to the max, think about the 10.19kg/mm 'heavy' spring.

Developed by the KLR suspenison experts at Cogent, this set of springs will stiffen up that wimpy KLR front end. Choose between .64 kg/mm springs (60% stiffer than stock) or .70 kg/mm units (75% stiffer than stock).

These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT225. Stiffer than the .36 kg/mm stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs.

Filling and bleeding a Magura hydraulic clutch does not need to be a routine chore and should only need to be done when air infiltration within the system is suspected. Magura uses mineral oil, which does not absorb moisture from the environment, to lubricate the whole system.

Note: Magura hydraulic systems use ONLY mineral oil. Do not introduce DOT brake fluid of any kind into a hydraulic system designed to use mineral oil as this will cause corrosion to the internal seals and system failure may result. The only time anyone should ever need to replace the hydraulic fluid in a Magura system is following a hydraulic line exchange, a system upgrade, a crash which has damaged the system components or in a situation where a lack of fluid within the system has been diagnosed by poor lever feel.
