Full braking power for your KLR650 supermoto conversion. 320mm oversized disc has a lightweight forged alloy center-hub and tough billet steel, 4mm thick brake rotor for maximum stopping power. Rotor rings include OD cooling groove and extra weight-reducing scraper holes and are riveted together with a nine-button sturdy rivet system.
Brake Line
Galfer Steel Braided lines have a Teflon tube core and are wrapped with a stainless steel wire braided exterior that prevents expansion under pressure.
The benefit is a firmer brake lever with better feel because the energy that was going into expanding the stock lines now goes straight to the brake pads.

Double the size of your side stand footprint and half the chances of your KLR tipping over when parked on soft terrain. This laser cut, TIG welded 0.190" thick slice of aluminum bolts to your machine with just the addition of a hole in the stock side stand pad. Just takes minutes to mount.
Subframe
A very popular modification. Eliminates the weaker 2 bolt setup in favor of one bolt all the way through for the upper subframe attach point. No more worry about keeping the bolts tight, or the original bolts breaking. If you have the SW Motech or Tusk crash guards you want this kit for sure.
This universal will give you both upper bolts, the upper spacer for the standard kit, and both lengths of lower bolts in case you have bars that use that point to attach.
Footpegs
The IMS Super Stock pegs are the perfect choice for both the daily commuter and the rider-in-training. Their mellow tooth design keeps you planted while preventing wear on your soles. They are also perfect for young riders who don't need or want a more aggressive option.

Designed and sculpted out of the best 7075 Billet aluminum by Pro Moto Billet elite engineers and machinists. Featuring Fastway's Patented adjustable height, traction, and camber options, the Evolution AIR footpegs are superior in every way. Fastway Evolution AIR pegs are designed to shed mud and debris, while being ultra strong.
These AIR pegs are offered in several colors, but some colors may require extra time, call for availability.
Mounting these pegs to your KLR takes just a bit of work. Please see link to instructions below to see what you will need to do. These instructions apply to the ADV and Evolution AIR Peg as well as the Evolution II pegs listed on the instructions.

Fork Cartridge Dampers, Suspension
Use this installation tool from Cogent to be sure that your Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges are installed correctly. A strong magnet in the end holds the cartridge firmly while you lower it into your fork leg. Then slide the spring over the tool until it holds the DDC down, then gently remove the tool. That simple. Never again question if it is properly seated on the damper rod.
Works equally well for removal when you need to change your fork oil. Also works great with Race Tech Emulators.

Skid Plate
This Australian made bash plate is made from 4mm aluminum 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider.
All bash plates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. All bash plates have a polished finish and have foam or rubber where required.
Fits with SW Motech & Givi Crash bars.
This is one of the gnarliest skid plate made for the KLR. Made from 3/16" aluminum, it is laser cut and CNC formed. All seams are welded on both sides and the entire plate is black texture powder coated. The plate mounts in minutes using stainless steel hardware.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The standard kit will work with all crash bars except for Givi and Happy Trails. Select the Givi option for that brand. This plate will not work with the Happy Trails crash bars.
Select the optional heavy duty mounting brackets if you want to replace the wimpy stock mounts with steel brackets.

Engine Guard
Happy Trails exclusive Paris Dakar Nerf design for the ultimate in KLR650 protection. Loops of 5/8 inch tubular steel protect the expensive fuel tank and shrouds on your bike.
Included in this package is the fourth generation engine guard-highway peg combination giving the rider many more choices in riding positions for greater comfort mile after mile. The highway pegs provide bonus protection for the engine side cases, and they easily fold-up when not in use.

SW-Motech Crash Bars and Engine Guards for both generations of the KLR bolt to the frame, not the foot peg bolts for greater strength. These German engineered Guards are 27mm heavy-duty mild steel tubing. Guards are powder coated in a beautiful black finish that is very durable. Three mount points on each side with front mounts that include vibration-isolating bushings. Kit includes Left and Right Crash bars, Complete mounting hardware and thorough installation instructions.
Please note that these Crash Bars are compatible with the revised welded SW-Motech Skid Plate (PN MSS.08.469.10000) with cutouts to provide space for the bars to fit. However, these bars are NOT compatible with the earlier style riveted SW Motech Skid Plates (PN MSS.08.347.10001).

The new Touring windshield for the 2008-on Kawasaki KLR650 has been completely redesigned to both improve protection as well as appearance.
Parabellum utilizes the stock windshield screw locations with our angled brackets to mount the newly designed shield. The windshield uses stand-off technology so the shield is more upright. This allows a smaller shield to give more protection. This also keeps the top edge of the shield away from the rider when standing on the pegs and using other off-road riding techniques.
The Parabellum Touring shield for the KLR is also significantly wider and taller than the factory windshield maximizing comfort and wind protection.
The windshield measures 14.5 inches wide and is available in two heights. We recommend this windshield for those seeking maximum protection. The shield is made of 1/8 inch cast acrylic and offered in clear or tint.
The Windscreens and Deflectors are made from 2.0mm Quantum® hardcoated polycarbonate, and the Windscreens are offered with either a plain edge or an E43R EU-compliant beaded edge. This high quality material, along with state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, provides outstanding clarity, impact strength and scratch resistance unmatched by any windscreen maker worldwide. Quantum hardcoated polycarbonate is the material of choice for serious motorcycle riders. The long over-due rally shield for the 2008-on KLR650 is finally here!
Parabellum uses 4 steel brackets mounted to factory locations as well as our stand-off windshield design to ensure the customer doesn’t have to drill extra holes in the cowling but still achieves that iconic upright look of the real Dakar Rally bikes.
The Rally shield protects the rider’s torso/chest from air, cold, roost, branches and bushes while leaving the rider’s head/helmet in clean air. We recommend the Rally shield for riders seeking some protection, but prefer to be off-road.
The Rally shield is made from 1/8 inch cast acrylic and is 11.5 inches wide at the bottom and 17 inches tall.

No repacking required. The LeoVince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell. It features a semi-direct chamber design that is maintenance free. It's quiet too! Our own in-house testing showed a 84dB sound level using the USFS J1287 testing procedure. That is a bit louder than stock but significantly quieter than other aftermarket mufflers. It includes a certified Spark-Arrester. This muffler requires a stock muffler joint gasket when used with either the stock headpipe or the FMF headpipe.

Oil Filter
Superior Filtration:
This should be the last oil filter you will ever buy. Made from laser cut, medical grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, this filter provides 200% more filter area in many cases. Most good paper filters will pass particles in the 90 to 95 micron range, and some tested, as much as 300 microns. Sand is about 125 microns and a white blood cell approximately 25 microns. Flo's stainless filter catches items down to 35 microns "absolute", which is about 3 times better than most good paper or brass filters. The pleat seam is welded, able to withstand up to 600 degrees in our filter, not glued, like paper filters.
Eagle Manufacturing balancer lever kit, featuring top-quality components.
The Eagle Manufacturing idle-shaft lever and spring is designed to replace the less durable stock unit. The one-piece lever is precision machined from 17-4PH hardened stainless steel, ensuring exceptional strength. The kit also includes a stainless doohickey and a torsion spring with a drill bit, replacing the previous extension springs with a superior torsion spring for enhanced durability.
Our very own version of the popular thermostat bypass for the KLR. Gives faster warm up and more constant engine temperatures. Eliminates the wildly fluctuating engine temperature gauge. A more controlled and constant temperature is easier on your piston and cylinder and may prevent or reduce oil consumption. We use a 180 degree thermostat instead of the stock (too cold!) 160 degree unit. Warmer coolant temperature promotes better fuel vaporization and can increase fuel economy.
Our bypass system mounts the new thermostat in a small billet extension housing right where the stock thermostat is now. There is no bulky external housing to hang off the motor. The bypass hose tees in to the lower radiator hose using a length of quality high temperature silicone hose. It all makes for a clean simple installation.
Valves
K&L® shims exceed the maximum of the Apparent Rockwell Hardness "C" scale. Shims average 47.0 compared to the 46.0 maximum.
This kit fits KLR650 87-18 as well as other brands and models , please verify correct size for your model before purchase.

A pair of stage 2 intake and exhaust 'drop-in' camshafts. Great mid-range and top-end increase. Uses stock valve springs. Modifying the airbox and rejetting will be required to realize power improvements with these cams. These are new billet cams - No core return required!

An auto-clutch automatically feeds out the engagement of the clutch using centrifugal force. This allows you to start and stop without touching the clutch lever. The automatic feed is fully adjustable to suit the rider's needs while retaining full manual override with the clutch lever. This automatic feed delivers easier on/off throttle transitions, improved traction, better control, and more confidence.

Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. If you regularly carry luggage boxes and/or a passenger and weigh over 250 pounds, you will probably prefer the Heavy-Duty spring. Call if you have any questions.
Because of the limited space with the reservoir, adjusting your preload is just about impossible and for that reason we only sell these units with the Cogent Hydraulic Preload Adjuster already installed!
For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.
If you have '87-'07 KLR, you MUST order new mounting bolt. Not required for 2008-2018 models.
The Moab shock from Cogent Dynamics will change how you feel about your GEN 3 KLR650. You may like it now, maybe even like it a lot, but you will absolutely fall in love with it once you mount up a Moab shock.

Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.
There is very limited manual preload adjustment access on the Gen 3 KLR650 without removing the shock. Therefore, the addition of the Remote Preload adjuster gives you the convenience of optimizing your rear suspension spring preload for quick leveling (load compensation) of your bike to accommodate a passenger, luggage or just to change ride characteristics based on your preferences. The adjustment which would normally require reaching the shock in your bike to turn a threaded collar using a tool can be easily adjusted by twisting a remote knob which uses the convenience of hydraulics to change the spring preload up to 100% (9 mm total range of preload change).
There is a mounting conflict for the Remote Preload adjuster with the Happy Trails and T-REX crash bars.

These great grip pads give you that improved relationship between you and your machine. You will feel the difference the minute you throw your leg over. Squeeze your tank and feel what a solid seat position is and does for you. They will assist in reduction of vibration, increase in control, and increase in comfort.
Will also help you cover wear spots on your tank whether it be the stock metal or a plastic tank. We tested had a couple sets of these on bikes with plastic tanks for at least 3 years and saw no signs of bubbling, peeling or coming off in any way.

ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar.
