The billet 6061 head and the hard anodized tube are significantly stronger than the stock stand. The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.
All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.
If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.

The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

TUbliss is, essentially, a high pressure rim lock and seal that secures the entire tire bead to the rim, completely eliminating the use of a conventional tube. TUbliss allows you to run a low tire pressure (as low as 10 psi) which dramatically improves traction; especially important for Enduro and Baja racing. For Offroad use only.
The TUbliss system MUST be installed on the correct size rims to work - 18" x 1.85 to 2.15; 19" x 1.85 to 2.15 and 21" x 1.6.
