The Tenere 700 is a fuel injected 689cc liquid-cooled DOHC 4-stroke parallel twin mated to a 6 speed wet clutch. This is the same engine from Yamaha's ever popular MT-07 with a few tweaks for adventure riding. This model is new to the US market summer of 2020.

Canyon Dual Sport saddle is designed specifically to provide long range comfort for your Tenere 700. We also offer a Bench style saddle that provides more freedom of movement for riders that lean towards off-road riding.
Their high density Comfort Cell foam allows a sleek profile while providing a firm supportive ride that lasts. Rider seating is ergonomically shaped to fit the curve of your body and provide better weight distribution. This also helps to eliminate the centralized pressure felt from the stock seat. In the nose area, they sculpt the saddle narrow to allow for good ground reach. Canyon Dual Sport has a seat height between the Yamaha Rally seat and Yamaha Low seat.
Passenger seating area is designed with a neutralized platform to curb sliding forward in the saddle. Dished shaping provides an excellent contact patch while maintaining a clean look. For the best combination of looks and support, add the Ovalbac backrest shown. This backrest provides a generous, contact patch for excellent support. Angle adjustment is simple and can be performed without removing the saddle or backrest from the bike.
For an added luxurious touch, this saddle is available with the option of electric seat heaters. With the flip of a conveniently located switch built into the left side of the saddle, both the rider and passenger seating platforms will heat up and maintain temperature automatically. Simple to install with just a pigtail wiring to your bike's fusebox. All other components are built into the saddle and come preinstalled.
The design shown above includes Black Carbon-Fiber leather seating with Matte Black vinyl contrasting sides and a tasteful color coordinated Smoke Gray welt.
The default cover choices are black 'carbon fiber' on top and 'asphalt' on the sides, 'no welts', black logo. You can view all of the available materials and colors through the link below. If you would like your seat built with something other than the standard choices please state specifics in the comments during check out.
Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a more plush and active ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.
With this seat having so little foam to be able to make it a low, there is a sacrifice in comfort. The T700 comfort low seat provides you with 7/8" of drop compared to the OEM seat for increased reach to the ground.

This is the secret for being able to put in those 500 mile days. Even a good touring seat can feel a bit firm after a couple hundred miles. Sheepskin gives that little bit of 'cush' and provides superior air circulation. Velcro straps allow easy removal when you don't need it. Measures 14" wide by 19" long.
9" by 9" carbon fiber seat warmer that goes between your seat cover and the foam to keep your backside happy on those really cold days. This improved design produces 25% more heat than most other warmers using just 30 watts.
Kit includes the warming unit, with connector, 24" extension cable, rocker-type on/off switch and stub to splice into your wiring along with complete detailed instructions.

Corbin seats are carefully designed to provide a comfortable riding position. They are firm and supportive which allows you to ride all day without fatigue unlike the stock seat.
