The ProCycle rack system is designed and manufactured by dual-sport riders who know what it takes to create a durable and versatile luggage rack.

Components are constructed from mild steel tubing that is powder coated black for corrosion resistance and long-lasting good looks. Designed and manufactured locally in Oregon.

Our rack includes a custom sub-frame bracket that adds additional strength to allow for heavier luggage bags or cargo without long support arms or fear of damage to your TW sub-frame.

Multiple mounting points for various luggage and strap options. Top rack includes a mounting point for a rotopax mount (not included). Side panel guards keep your saddlebags from fouling the side covers, gives an anchor point for soft saddle bags, and helps keep bags from being damaged by the exhaust.

This optically clear headlight guard is CNC cut for a perfect fit. It is made of durable aircraft grade 3/16" thick cast acrylic which resists harsh rock impacts, trail scuffs, and incidental scratches. Velcro fasteners hold the guard firmly in place and allow for easy on & off should it need an occasional cleaning. Installation is a quick five minute job, positioning template included.

Nomadic Rack for the TW200. CNC laser cut from 3/16" 5052 aluminum with a large 12 x 10-7/8 mounting surface area. Sand blasted and then powder coated black to give it a shot peened look. This rack is an easy installation with a 4 point mounting system with no modifications required. There are multiple strap slots for securing gear bags and cargo. Doubles as a grab handle or tow bar. Is compatible with RotoPax mount. All hardware and instructions included.

FRITZCO front sprockets are a straight up no hassle installation. Reduce exhaust leaks with this new OEM muffler gasket. This gasket goes between the rear tail/muffler pipe and the header pipe.

We all love our TWs, but the stock jetting leaves much to be desired! Here is a Jet Kit for your stock TK carburetor to improve your throttle response. Included in the Kit are a wide range of main jets to cover any setup, one Pilot Jet, one Jet Needle, and five Needle Shims. If you have added an exhaust system or ride at higher elevations, this is a great way to tune your TW for your needs.

Here are the O-Rings you need when you perform an oil change. The largest one and the smallest one go inside the oil filter housing cover. The second largest one goes on your oil drain plug. Yamaha uses this seal material in many places on several motorcycles. It is like weatherstripping and is used to seal up the edges in the TW200 air-box. It seals up the air-box so that water and grime can't enter the air-box from the side. Ensures that air entering the box comes from up under the seat.

A 'wrench style' tool to turn the 'square top' tappet screws. The wrench does a better job of holding the adjuster screw still while tightening the locknut. Slim and flat, this tool is easy to carry in a tool pack.

Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!

Does your stock vacuum operated petcock not shut off when your bike is parked? Replace your stock vacuum operated petcock with this manual one. Must be shut off any time the bike is parked for more than a few hours. Fits stock or aftermarket tanks. Plastic tanks may need the hole 'ovalized' to fit the dual standpipes.

This kit combines common wide platform Yamaha YZ/WR foot pegs with brackets that are custom made to fit the TW200. If you are tired of standing on the stock skinny footpegs, get yourself a set of these fat boys and have pegs that match the tires on your T-Dub! For ultimate comfort, order the Pivot Pegz kit!

Simply unbolt your stock brackets and bolt these in their place. The bracket on the right side (brake lever side) is shorter than stock to correct the offset in the stock pegs. On kickstart models, the stroke of the kickstart lever is shortened slightly. Should you ever need to replace the pegs in the future, simply order pegs for the Yamaha YZ or WR 250/450.

Time to adjust your valves? Here are the O-Rings that fit in your Valve Covers on your Yamaha. Keep the oil inside your motor and grime out! This kit includes both O-Rings. Be sure to grab the feeler gauges and a special wrench to aid in adjusting your valves.

This spring clip retainer takes the place of the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners when a FRITZCO sprocket is used.

All sizes of new FRITZCO sprockets come with a quick change retainer included, this is only a replacement.

This retainer can only be used with FRITZCO sprockets and can not be used with thin OEM type sprockets.

Here is the little switch that mounts inside your brake or clutch lever perch and controls the brake light or clutch safety circuit. This switch often gets damaged in an unplanned dismount (aka: crash) or the plastic simply cracks from age.
