Dual stage foam: 2 different pore sizes create more trapping area for even the smallest dust particles. Flame laminated foam: Both "Stages" are not glued but heat sealed to provide maximum air flow. Light color foam makes it easier to see where the filter oil has covered and where it has not.
Does your stock vacuum operated petcock not shut off when your bike is parked? Replace your stock vacuum operated petcock with this manual one. Must be shut off any time the bike is parked for more than a few hours. Fits stock or aftermarket tanks. Plastic tanks may need the hole 'ovalized' to fit the dual standpipes.

Rear wheel bearing kit. Includes a new dust seal and the bearing and seal for the cush drive hub. All bearings are sealed on both sides.
Corbin seats are carefully designed to provide a comfortable riding position. They are firm and supportive which allows you to ride all day without fatigue unlike the stock seat.
The default vinyl choices are black 'carbon fiber' on top and 'asphalt' on the sides, 'no welts', black logo. You can view all of the available materials and colors through the link below. If you would like your seat built with something other than the standard choices please state specifics in the comments during check out.
Their high density Comfort Cell foam allows a slim profile while providing a firm supportive ride that lasts. Rider seating is ergonomically shaped to fit the curve of your body and provide better weight distribution. In the nose area, they sculpt the saddle narrow to allow for good ground reach. As you can see, the Dual Platform saddle provides seating much lower than the stock unit.
The stepped, dual platform design allowed them to really lower the front position of the saddle. This equates to better ground reach and, naturally, a lower center of gravity. A nice side effect of the stepped seating is that you get a nice bit of back support out of it too.
They've taken this shape and sculpted it to conform to the shape of your body. This provides more square inches of body contact and eliminates the pressure points where the leg bones meet the butt bone. Although it takes a bit to really break in a Corbin saddle (1,500 miles), you will notice this improvement right away.
Passenger seating area is designed with a neutralized platform to curb sliding forward in the saddle. Dished shaping provides an excellent contact patch while maintaining a clean look.
The design shown above includes Black Carbon-Fiber leather seating with Matte Black vinyl contrasting sides and a tasteful black stitch pattern. A wide variety of material and color options are available to suit your taste.

Saddle installs much like your stock seat and bolts directly to the Kawasaki chassis. They supply shorter spacers to use with your stock bolts when installing the Corbin saddle. Complete instructions included.

Center Screen Height is from the bottom center edge to top of screen. Width is measured in a straight line across the back at the widest point.
Billet aluminum lowering links. Lowers the rear suspension approximately 1 to 2 inches depending on application.
*Important when lowering the rear suspension you want to raise the fork tubes in the clamps an equal amount of inches that the rear is being lowered. That way your bike will sit level when done.
Note: We only recommend the 2" lowering links for lighter non-aggressive riders as they allow the tire to rub when near bottoming.
Disclaimer: Lowering the front and/or rear of your motorcycle will change the geometry and may affect the handling, use caution after making changes/adjustments.
Some KLR models from 2004 - 2007 may have a longer shank that do not allow the bolts to tighten to the bearing. If that is the case, we recommend the addition of either a 14 mm split type lock washer or a 15 mm flat washer under the nut of both link mounting bolts.
Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. This is the brace needed to stabilize the wing like structure they call a front fender on the KLR – both generations. This simple bolt-on reduces wind buffeting and increases steering stability at highway speeds. It also helps carry the weight of a fender mounted tool bag.

The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.
You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.
