We recommend a "Fixed Rate Flasher" unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system.

The FMF Powerbomb is a four stroke header pipe unit that has a unique bulge precisely located in the header system. A "pre-muffler" of sorts, the Power Bomb actually lowers sound output because it creates more surface area to absorb the sound medium (exhaust). The surface area of the perforated core lets the sound exit into the absorbing material (steel wool packing) and then allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up with the higher pressure air. The result? Here is a set of 'trail size' tire irons. At 8-1/2 inches long they are small enough to fit in a fender bag with your spare tube.

10.5:1 compression JE piston with rings, wrist pin and circlips (the actual measured stock compression is only 8.7:1).
Stage 2 Web Cams high performance camshaft for more power (reground from brand new OEM Suzuki camshafts).

We strongly recommend checking valve to piston clearance when installing a non-standard camshaft.

What would you do if your oil cooler was damaged way out in the bush? We have a simple solution. This kit allows you to bypass the oil cooler and both oil lines and insure that the top end continues to get the oil it needs to stay healthy. Simply remove the stock oil lines from the motor and attach one end of the bypass at the head and the other end at the engine side case. Be sure to leave the original o-rings in place.

The CRF300L & rally rear carry rack is made from 4mm aluminum 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. Our carry racks are Tig welded with a polished finish and are sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

Moose Racing has just released a new set of rackless saddlebags in their ADV1 line up. These saddlebags come with a base panel that allows you to mount the bags in multiple positions to accommodate different side panels designs.
