This kit will work with the 6.6 Gallon Acerbis fuel tank for the DR650. You must run the light brackets inwards in order for there to be proper clearance with the 6.6. Gallon tank.

This kit includes 2 auxiliary light mount brackets. These brackets are designed to mount to most lower triple clamps. New longer bolts are supplied to accommodate the thickness of the bracket. These brackets are powder coated black for a sleek and long lasting finish. The brackets can be used to put the addition of new lights to the outside of your forks or swap the brackets and the lights can be mounted inward to give more clearance for bigger shrouds or fuel tanks.

These heavy-duty aluminum brackets are laser cut from 0.190" 5052 Aluminum then powdercoated black. Designed specifically for mounting auxiliary lights to the front of your DR650, the mount goes between the fender and the lower triple clamp. Longer fender bolts are included in each kit. installs in 10 minutes.

Three options are available: two different dual mounts that place the lights outside the fender and a single, center type mount. The 2" mount is for smaller type lights and is 8-5/8" between the mounting holes while the 3" is 10-3/8" between the mounting holes. If you are going to use larger style lights, the 3" mount is for you.

Note! The Dual 2" and 3" mounts do not work with the Acerbis 6.6 gallon tank! They make contact prior to full lock. Mounts are fine with other oversize tanks.

Allows LED type turn signals (and low wattage flush mounts) to flash using a standard flasher unit. Connectors included. One kit works with 4 signals.

We recommend a "Fixed Rate Flasher" unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system.

This kit does not include parts to mount aftermarket turn signals. The pre-installed processor board allows the turn signals to be integrated in to the tail light.

This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. The relay is wired directly to the battery and Posi-Tap connectors are used to tap in to the existing headlight high beam circuit.

The FMF Powerbomb is a four stroke header pipe unit that has a unique bulge precisely located in the header system. A "pre-muffler" of sorts, the Power Bomb actually lowers sound output because it creates more surface area to absorb the sound medium (exhaust). The surface area of the perforated core lets the sound exit into the absorbing material (steel wool packing) and then allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up with the higher pressure air. The result? The FMF Powerbomb is instrumental in reducing the decibel level on any four stroke and because of the expansion and contraction on exhaust through the system, the flow has been increased by nearly 10%. Here is a set of 'trail size' tire irons. At 8-1/2 inches long they are small enough to fit in a fender bag with your spare tube.

The Complete Top End Performance Kit includes:

10.5:1 compression JE piston with rings, wrist pin and circlips (the actual measured stock compression is only 8.7:1).
Stage 2 Web Cams high performance camshaft for more power (reground from brand new OEM Suzuki camshafts).
Top end gasket set with metal base gasket.

We strongly recommend checking valve to piston clearance when installing a non-standard camshaft.

What would you do if your oil cooler was damaged way out in the bush? We have a simple solution. This kit allows you to bypass the oil cooler and both oil lines and insure that the top end continues to get the oil it needs to stay healthy. Simply remove the stock oil lines from the motor and attach one end of the bypass at the head and the other end at the engine side case. Be sure to leave the original o-rings in place.

Small, light weight and easy to carry. You may never need it but if you do it will save you a lot of walking!

This kit includes one OEM drive plate retaining wire & one OEM inner steel drive plate.

If you've ever changed the clutch on a DR650 you will be familiar with the extra steel plate at the bottom of the stack that is locked in place by a very thin metal wire.

Generally, when you do a clutch replacement on the DR650, you do not need to remove or replace these items. If you do need to (or if you have already) you will come to realize this wire is not very strong and is prone to breaking if not treated with care during the removal / installation process.
