Dunlop designed the D606 tire to be street-legal but with an emphasis on aggressive off-road riding and great durability. New off-road wheels for your KTM 950 or 990 from Warp 9. Both are OEM sizing, 21" x 2.15" front and 18" x 4.25" rear. These rims are made from 7050 alloy Aluminum, much stronger and thicker than the stock rims.

Hubs are CNC machined and available in silver, black, orange or blue. Rims come in black with heavy gauge stainless steel spokes and nipples. The front wheel includes dual 300mm stainless steel floating rotors that are recessed to accept your stock ABS ring for the 990.

Heavy duty shock bumper. The stock bumper is prone to disintegrating with age. If you are re-valving your shock it's a good idea to be sure the bumper is in good shape.

Billet aluminum lowering links. Lowers the rear suspension approximately 1 inch.

Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and three bottles of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs and spacers and then install the caps. Preload spacer material is included with the .47 and .70 springs, additional spacers are not needed with the other kits.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

You can adjust the preload on your rear shock quite easily, why not on the forks as well? These caps give you the ability to adjust the spring preload in your forks to match your load.

These Cogent Dynamic Drop-in Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. To make removal as easy as possible, the center tab takes a 12mm wrench perfectly, or a 1/4" ratchet drive in the center. 

On each end of the center tab is a drilled hole should you find it necessary to safety wire your filler cap in place.
 

Choose standard bore top end, big bore top end or a complete gasket set for the standard bore motor. These are high-quality gasket sets from Athena.

It connects to the PCV with a single cable and requires only a ground and +12 volt connection to be made to install. If your exhaust does not already have one, a "weld in" O2 sensor bung is included

Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work.

This is the more economical alternative to eliminating the 990 Adventure airbox. Better breathing equals more power. The ITG filter kit makes air filter service a snap. It also simplifies other engine and intake maintenance chores. Our kit features a steel base plate which will not deform like plastic and does not conduct heat as much as aluminum. The white powder coating also helps reflect engine heat. To take advantage of the increased airflow, we recommend upgrading your fuel injection map with TuneEcu or a Power Commander.
