The Honda CRF1100 DCT Bash plate is a full coverage Rally style protection for frame rails & lower to mid engine cases. Constructed for more serious off road use in mind, it features multiple additional mount points, paired with a semi double skin 4mm 5083 aluminum Bash plate. All CNC machined and fully tig welded, the side wings are partial double walled for extra stiffness. It also features the addition of a HDPE end plate for the clutch case mated to a rubber puck insert on the plate for additional protection.

The Safari Bash Plate is a bit bigger and more protective than the Big Tour model. Made from the same 5mm 5083 plate, this plate extends further up the front and around the sides of the motor. A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.
