When they developed these, they wanted a functional, yet "Easy On- Easy Off application. The pig tail hook goes up, over and underneath the bar of the rack, they can also be used upside down on the rear rack as side boards. This is a new gasket for the cylinder head - head pipe junction. Installing a new one with your new header will ensure a good seal and no exhaust leak.
Reusable billet aluminum muffler joint gasket. Factory joint gaskets usually cannot be removed from the pipe without damage. This one can be used over and over again. Pays for itself the first time you need to remove you muffler during service or repairs.
The headpipe gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head, thereby making them a single use part. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.
The muffler joint gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Organic brake pads contain man-made high-performance fibers that are used for their light weight, high strength abrasion resistance and thermal stability. These Aramid fibers have a high strength-to-weight, thermal stability and abrasion resistance to provide advantages over steel fiber-based products. They provide excellent stopping power without noise and rotor galling but still provide fingertip control and strong, predictable brake response.
Double-H sintered metal brake pads feature the HH friction rating, the highest in the industry. These pads provide maximum brake effect and last twice as long as organic pads.

The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.
The activation sensor can be set wherever you like to keep the temperature right where you want it. Backlit for easy viewing anytime it also includes a volt meter.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.
This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.
During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

The Phillips screws in Japanese motorcycles are not really Phillips screws. They are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws that are very easy to strip with Phillips head drivers.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.
