Driven Engine Block-off Plates will stop the annoying and possibly damaging backfires from occurring while allowing you to remove a few pounds in associated valves and hoses from your bike. Yamaha uses this seal material in many places on several motorcycles. It is like weatherstripping and is used to seal up the edges in the TW200 air-box. It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers. The manufacturer recently decided to make half of the kit Copper washers as that is the material of choice for many OEM manufactures. This gives you the opportunity to decide which you prefer, but either will work great at creating a leak-free seal between the case and the drain plug.

Modern technology for the DR650s charging system. Mosfet style regulators produce less heat, are more efficient and last longer than old tech 'shunt style' regulators. Regulator is made by Rick's Motorsports, and includes a ProCycle adaptor bracket to fit into the existing space on the bike.

This regulator / rectifier is Lithium compatible.

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring. If you regularly have more than 250 pounds the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring. If you have any questions at all about this, please call.

You may choose to add the Hydraulic Preload Adjuster to make it the easiest of all. All you do is twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)

Filling and bleeding a Magura hydraulic clutch does not need to be a routine chore and should only need to be done when air infiltration within the system is suspected. Magura uses mineral oil, which does not absorb moisture from the environment, to lubricate the whole system.

Note: Magura hydraulic systems use ONLY mineral oil. Do not introduce DOT brake fluid of any kind into a hydraulic system designed to use mineral oil as this will cause corrosion to the internal seals and system failure may result. The only time anyone should ever need to replace the hydraulic fluid in a Magura system is following a hydraulic line exchange, a system upgrade, a crash which has damaged the system components or in a situation where a lack of fluid within the system has been diagnosed by poor lever feel.

If you do need to bleed your Magura hydraulic system, their custom made kit does indeed make that chore easier.

Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

  These caps fit Acerbis tanks only.
