A real Heavy-Duty Chain Guide manufactured from 5mm (3/16") thick 5052 Aluminum. This guide will take a pounding and continue to put that chain right on the sprocket. Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

The Phillips screws in Japanese motorcycles are not really Phillips screws. They are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws that are very easy to strip with Phillips head drivers.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.
Attach this over your brake lever and hand grip, squeeze the brake lever, pull the locking bar in and lock the black portion down. This creates a locked front brake, making parking safe and secure with about 5 seconds of effort.
To unlock the BrakeFix, you just lift the back of the black hooking portion to release it. This takes about 2 seconds. Perfect for use with Snapjack type stands or just parking on an incline.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.
Fastway offers a large ADV peg that is 4.75" long and 2.25" wide. With these pegs you can adjust the camber with their patented FKMS Kamber bolt. ´Tilt´ your pegs to increase comfort, or to give better squeeze on your bike. ROK Straps are a two-piece strap with a quick-release buckle in the middle and loops on each end. One end of the strap is a heavy duty nylon, the other has a strong stretchable section. Instead of hooks that can slip or come undone, ROK Straps have a loop sewn in each end. you pass the buckle around your frame, rack or other secure point and then back through the loop in the end making for a very secure mount. With each end secured, connect the buckle in the middle and simply tug the slack end of the strap until your load is firmly held in place.

We've been asking for a bigger tank for years and it's finally happened. This is the big brother to the very popular 5.3 gallon Acerbis tank with some modifications to add another gallon and a half of capacity. It's the same width between the knees but extends wider and further forward in front of the knee pockets. This high capacity fuel tank incorporates modern lines and high quality construction that can't be beat. Includes gas cap, petcock and all mounting hardware.
Installation of the Acerbis tank requires relocation of the front turn signals, otherwise the stock signals will contact the tank at full lock. Our Turn Signal Relocation Brackets move the front turn signals up and forward to clear the bigger tank.
This box moves up the rev limiter allowing higher revs. It also has a hotter advance curve from the OEM box. This allows for a bit crisper throttle response and easier starting.
Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket hub.
Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier.

Got a little oil seepage or changing out your clutch pack? Here is the gasket you need for the right hand side case cover of your TW200. This is the same side of the engine as your kickstart lever and/or rear brake lever.
The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.
This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.
During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

It also simplifies other engine and intake maintenance chores. Our kit features a steel base plate which will not deform like plastic and does not conduct heat as much as aluminum. The white powder coating also helps reflect engine heat. To take advantage of the increased airflow, we recommend upgrading your fuel injection map with TuneEcu or a Power Commander.
