This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.
These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

Front fender from DSA Concepts Plastics is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. Vacuum molded, these are a design improvement over stock. These are fully compatible in any combination with the original factory plastic.

These low and rear mounts move the pegs down 2" and back 1.3".
Low peg mounts for the DR From Wirtz Wire. These are different than our other mounts for several reasons. First, these are designed around the stock pegs. All of the pegs in this section will fit these mounts. Another difference is that these mounts are offered in a low mount as well as a low and rearward mount. These are 'wire EDM' machined from solid 1018 steel bar stock, and are not welded anywhere. They are powder coated black for a great look.
Kit comes with new mounts, longer bolts and a longer brake switch spring that will be needed. Pegs are optional, your stock pegs will work.

The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.

Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. Designed by Rick at Cogent Dynamics on his high-tech suspension dyno, then tested and endorsed by KLR owners all over, these units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.
If you weigh up to 250 pounds, select the .64 spring kit. If you are over 250 or carry lots of luggage, please select the .70 spring kit. Please call if you have any further questions.
All of these kits include DDCs, springs, fork oil and preload spacers.
Developed by the KLR suspenison experts at Cogent, this set of springs will stiffen up that wimpy KLR front end. Choose between .64 kg/mm springs (60% stiffer than stock) or .70 kg/mm units (75% stiffer than stock).

48 and 50 sprockets require removal or modification of your lower chain guide.
Chain Size Recommendations:
- 110 link chain for a 42 tooth rear sprocket

The EBC DRC kit is the best way to reset your bike’s clutch to the exact as new standard sizing. Replacing just the plates can work but new clutch springs are always better and springs get tired and can cause slippage plus the separator steel plates from EBC are pin-planished, forming tiny indents in the steel which improves the spread of oil around the clutch surfaces.

- Friction plates with EBC unique alloy article impregnated clutch facings that wear longer and resists burning.

- New 10-15% uprated heavy-duty Clutch springs.
This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.
Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.
The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

The MotoPressor MICROPUMP™ is just that, micro. It’s tiny, yet it will inflate a couple of rear tires and a front from flat, on a single charge.
Recharge times run between 1-3 hours depending on the state of discharge of the battery.
The MICROPUMP™ is equipped with an in-built tire gauge that reads pressures in PSI, BAR, KPA and Kg/cm2.

Headpipe
Our very own high flowing head-pipe is made in the USA using a CNC (computer numerically controlled) mandrel bender for an absolute perfect fit. It is a high quality 2-piece 18 gauge stainless steel head-pipe with 1 3/4" outer diameter, compared to the stock outer diameter of 1 1/2".
The SS Pro-Flow is a tested upgrade over stock that will bolt right on with no modifications needed. It is compatible with any combination muffler/mid-pipe, as well as all motor configurations of the DR650 '96-current.
Includes a stainless steel band clamp for the mid-pipe joint, clamp-on heat shield mounts, to use with stock heat heat shield and a stainless steel flange at the exhaust port mount. We recommend a new exhaust gasket when installing your new SS Pro-Flow.

ProCycle Dashboard designed to power multiple electronic devices. It can also be used for accessory lights, heated grips or gear, whatever you like. You can also use the two pre-drilled holes to attach a RAM mount and place your phone or GPS unit on that while charging.
The dash panel is manufactured from mild steel and powder coated black. Also included are 2 weather resistant green LED rocker switches, and a voltmeter with two 4.2 amp weather resistant USB ports, a wiring harness with a built in 10 amp fuse/holder, and complete instructions. Everything you need to mount it and connect the outlets back to the battery.

This kit will give you 80mm of adjustment over the stock screen.
In the raised position, the difference in ride comfort is remarkable. Wind noise reduction is very noticeable and airflow underneath your screen reduced the vacuum effect, creating smoother airflow and reducing turbulence.
In the lowered position, the screen sits at the same height as stock.
To adjust the screen, loosen the thumb nuts, slide into position and re-tighten the thumb nuts, no tools required.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield.

If you haven't already upgraded to the smaller and better looking WPS Tail light, select 'Bracket & Light' from the menu and you will get the WPS Taillight AND the License Plate Holder.
Please note that this no longer has a window for a license plate light. To stay legal, you can mount one or two License Plate Lights to your plate holder, or you can check out the LED License Plate Frame.

Fork Cartridge Dampers
The Cogent Dynamics DDC valves are the most cost-effective upgrade you can make to your motorcycle’s forks. Unique and the first of its kind, a DDC kit is available to upgrade many motorcycles that are originally equipped with simple damper rod type forks as front suspension.
We do recommend stiffer than stock front springs to bring the full potential of the DDCs out. Up to about 200 pounds (rider with gear on) we recommend the .85 kg/mm springs. If you are above 200 pounds (rider with gear on) you should probably go with the 1.0 kg/mm springs.
