The microprocessor controlled EXUP, emulates the exact characteristics of the stock exhaust servo motor and its motor delay sweeps, keeping the ECU from displaying the dreaded check engine light. This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. Rubber isolators between the plate and the frame at these two bolt locations help to eliminate vibrations and keep noise down. Front mounts clamp around the frame for a solid connection.
The right side of the plate extends up to cover the oil filter and unbolts from the skid plate for easy filter changes. This skid plate has a black textured powder coat finish for great looks and durability. Includes stainless steel hardware.

Made from 1/8" thick stainless steel with dual folded edges for additional strength, these brackets will relocate your passenger pegs down 4" and move them back 1.5". This will give your passenger additional legroom making two-up riding much more comfortable.

If you've got an older XR650L, you know the struggle of removing the O.E. nuts from the studs. They either snap, remove the stud or come off as they should. At some point you're likely to snap on or come across a seized nut to stud. These bolts are a superior upgrade to the O.E. nut and stud.

The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.
All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.
If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.
The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

Tricky off-cambers, ruts and hard braking at extreme lean angles are no problem for this DOT approved tire.
Note: Tubes can be run in Tubeless tires, but a Tube Type tire cannot be run Tubeless.
This box moves up the rev limiter allowing higher revs. It also has a hotter advance curve from the OEM box. This allows for a bit crisper throttle response and easier starting. This is a "must have" for modified KLX110's.
