Lowering Link
Billet aluminum lowering links. Lowers the rear suspension approximately 1 to 2 inches depending on application.
*Important when lowering the rear suspension you want to raise the fork tubes in the clamps an equal amount of inches that the rear is being lowered. That way your bike will sit level when done.
Note: We only recommend the 2" lowering links for lighter non-aggressive riders as they allow the tire to rub when near bottoming.
Disclaimer: Lowering the front and/or rear of your motorcycle will change the geometry and may affect the handling, use caution after making changes/adjustments.
Some KLR models from 2004 - 2007 may have a longer shank that do not allow the bolts to tighten to the bearing. If that is the case, we recommend the addition of either a 14 mm split type lock washer or a 15 mm flat washer under the nut of both link mounting bolts.

Like all FunnelWeb filters, the ProLine Filter features profile cut, single layer, single density foam that doubles the external surface area of the filter without increasing the original filter size. Replace your motorcycle’s windscreen with PUIG’s touring windscreen. Manufactured in acrylic of 3-4 mm according to the motorcycle model to guarantee maximum protection from the wind, improving the aerodynamics of the piece and possible debris that may impact you during your ride.
In addition, it comes with a variable visor that will redirect the wind even more while achieving a great sense of comfort on board your machine. This visor is fixed to the touring windscreen by screws, since the screen comes with the holes already made to facilitate assembly.
The windshield has a rounded contour of> = 2mm, complying with the TÜV regulations.
This part is only available in smoked finish.
For assembly, PUIG provides instructions with mounting tips, so you can quickly enjoy the touring windscreen on your motorcycle.

What's included in the kit:
Our complete drop-in system is custom-made for your bike and includes everything needed to mount and position the shield. Your bike will not require any modification.
- A set of MadStad adjustable brackets
- 3/16" (4.5 mm) thick cast acrylic windshield.
Installation is super simple. Our bracket system attaches where the stock shield normally goes and our shield then attaches to the brackets. With the shield separated from the front of the bike you can pull lots of air underneath it which is critical for smooth comfortable wind protection. You still have a fairly compact shield but now the wind pressure on your head and face are gone, and you are still looking comfortably over the shield.

Complete set of friction plates, HD springs and steel separator plates prevent premature driven plate wear, oil muddying and loss of stack height. Built with swaged aluminum carriers that spread the load on the clutch basket and prevent clutch basket "dogging". Anti-swell, alloy impregnated heavy-duty facings for smooth clutch action. Allows modulation, unlike paper clutches which tend to snatch. Don't forget to add a fresh gasket.
Cam
A pair of stage 2 intake and exhaust 'drop-in' camshafts. Great mid-range and top-end increase. Uses stock valve springs. Modifying the airbox and rejetting will be required to realize power improvements with these cams. These are new billet cams - No core return required!
The complete Thermo Control package - Our in-house designed Thermostat Bypass kit, a set of Custom Silicone Hoses and a Hi-Pressure Radiator Cap. All combined to help your KLR cooling system be at the top of its game. The Thermostat Bypass kit includes a thermostat with a higher temperature rating that will keep the motor more in its happy spot.
The Silicone hoses are stronger than the stock rubber units and will better resist cracking and leaking.

Auxiliary Lights, Mount
When usefulness and quality matter the Cyclops Auxiliary light kit for the Yamaha T7 comes shining through and leaves the competition in its wake.
The usefulness of having lights that turn direction with the bars can be very beneficial, perfect for those evenings that might have gone a little long and you need to set up camp or pick your way through a tighter section of trail.
Usefulness from having the ability to run daytime running lights and have full control of low beam settings as well as a switch to disable the system leaving only DRLs on. (Dimmer with cutout switch)
Simplicity for those that don't want to add ANY switches to their bikes, you can choose to have the aux lights activated in a reduced power on low beam (50%) and high beam (100%) via the factory high beam switch by choosing the dimmer option with no switch. We don't like extra switches on our already cluttered bars, Do YOU?
Or have the lights on in high beam and off in low beam, with no switches. Option (I do not want dimming or any switch, Aux lights turn on with factory high beam switch)
If choosing the DRL version, DRLs will be on with the key. By choosing a switch you can disable the main auxiliary lights leaving only the DRL ring on during the daylight. Then at night, flip the switch and have full control of your main auxiliary lights activating in conjunction with your bikes high and low beam, this works very well with the ON with high beam OFF in low beam, No switch option.
With this Cyclops kit you can choose what works best for you.
Benefits of a 100% plug and play setup utilizing all factory Yamaha connectors. If using diming, The high beam wire does use a positap, By far the best way to tap into a wire without causing damage, no tools required.

Tail Light, Mount
The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific. The light unit uses 16 high-intensity red LED's for tail/stop light function. 3 white LED's are used for license plate illumination. Included is a set of turn signal brackets that bolt to the mount. These are designed for a small signal with a 8mm mounting stud.

Precision Motorcycle Racks strongly recommends these side racks be used with their Top Rack because the racks use each other to mount properly. They were never intended to be used by themselves without the rear rack.
If you are going to mount these side racks without the use of their top rack please select the extra hardware kit option that includes 2 brackets, 2 steel spacers, and an extra hardware kit that is required for proper installation.
These side racks will not play nice with any other brand rear rack, and installation without their top rack will prove to be quite difficult.

Mondo Straps are named after the classic motorcycle movie, "Mondo Enduro". When they set out on their world trip they had hard luggage on their bikes. By the end of the movie the riders that were still pushing forward were all using simple straps and some homemade dry bags. The simple fact is soft luggage is more durable off road than hard luggage.
The Mondo Straps Kit has been designed to work with or without their Uprising Soft Rack. These straps allow you to use any bag you want for luggage. When installed properly you will be able to thrash about offroad and your luggage will stay put!
To use the Mondo Straps make a girth hitch around any mount point on your bike. Next, thread the flat runner back through the heavy duty metal cam buckle and pull it tight. The Mondo straps are easy on and easy off. The integrated tensioner system will keep your luggage in place no matter what terrain your adventure takes you on!

Giant Loop is aiming for smaller, lighter security in the form of its new compact Quick Loop Cables, available in 36- and 84-inch lengths. These cables roll up into a compact coil with an included hook-and-loop strap for easy storage. Both of these cables weigh under 6 ounces. A bright orange vinyl cable sheath not only protects the bike's finish from scratches, but it also provides high-visibility that, according to Giant Loop, is for "discouraging the opportunistic grab-and-dash thief to move on to an easier target."
The 84-inch cable integrates with Giant Loop's Great Basin Saddlebag and Siskiyou Panniers and other large bags which feature cable pass-throughs so riders can secure their luggage to a parked motorcycle. The 36-inch cable is more suited to locking a helmet or riding jacket to motorcycles. These cables do not include a lock.

If you're like us, you hate the long floppy vent hose hanging off the cap of your aftermarket tank.
This one-way vent cap replaces the long hose with a short one only about 2" long. It allows air into your tank but prevents fuel from sloshing out.

Not for stock fuel tanks!
If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.
These caps fit Acerbis tanks only.
Get better range from your DR650 by adding an IMS 4.9 gallon fuel tank. Available in Natural, White, Black and Blue. Natural color is recommended if you wish to easily see the fuel level in the tank. Includes cap and fuel petcock.

Exhaust
Gasket
This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh set now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust. This is for a set of two gaskets.
This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.
Muffler
The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.
You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.

These replacement header exhaust stud bolts are made of super corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel. They provide excellent resistance to chemicals and saltwater to give your exhaust system a hassle free service life.
If you've got an older XR650L, you know the struggle of removing the O.E. nuts from the studs. They either snap, remove the stud or come off as they should. At some point you're likely to snap on or come across a seized nut to stud. These bolts are a superior upgrade to the O.E. nut and stud.

This street-legal knobby from Pirelli has good stability and cornering precision thanks to the carcass stiffness. The tread pattern optimized for use on dirt and gravel roads, cross-country racing and desert tours. It has lasting off-road performance and knob tearing resistance due to the special off-road compound.
Dunlop designed the D606 tire to be street-legal but with an emphasis on aggressive off-road riding and great durability. A full-depth tread pattern designed for rigorous off-road use yields excellent traction on everything from hard-packed fire roads to soft single-track trails. At the same time, the D606's tread compound is engineered for good highway durability and grip.
The Dunlop D606 is R rated (max speed of 106 mph)

From Shinko Tire, the 705 Series are DOT approved Dual Sport tires designed for 75% street and 25% trail riding. This aggressive tread pattern provides excellent wet and dry weather adhesion.

Chemicals
Filling and bleeding a Magura hydraulic clutch does not need to be a routine chore and should only need to be done when air infiltration within the system is suspected. Magura uses mineral oil, which does not absorb moisture from the environment, to lubricate the whole system.
Note: Magura hydraulic systems use ONLY mineral oil. Do not introduce DOT brake fluid of any kind into a hydraulic system designed to use mineral oil as this will cause corrosion to the internal seals and system failure may result. The only time anyone should ever need to replace the hydraulic fluid in a Magura system is following a hydraulic line exchange, a system upgrade, a crash which has damaged the system components or in a situation where a lack of fluid within the system has been diagnosed by poor lever feel.
If you do need to bleed your Magura hydraulic system, their custom made kit does indeed make that chore easier.
