Sprocket
Now you can have minimum output shaft wear, minimum chain drive wear with the FRITZCO DRIVELINE sprocket. The design of their sprockets provide correct chain alignment, allows for full spline contact with the XR650L's output shaft, fit the counter shaft either way, and straight up no hassle installation with the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners (except 13 tooth that comes with it's own quick change retainer). Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that is comparable in every way to OEM Honda and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Honda output shaft and longest wear life possible.
A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.
16 tooth sprocket is the biggest front sprocket that will run with the standard 110 link chain and 45 tooth rear sprocket on an XR650L
The OEM cover will require modifying to use the 16 tooth sprocket on your XR650L.
For reference, the stock gearing for the WR250R is 13/43 while the X model runs with a 13/42 stock configuration because of the SM wheels/tires. Both use a 108 link chain with the stock gearing.
The JT rear sprockets listed are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

If you want the additional low-end grunt that the 46, 48 or 50 tooth rear sprocket will give you, you will need longer chain as well.
New Rear Sprockets require new Sprocket Bolts because of a difference in the holes vs. the stock bolts.
Engine
Unless you have managed to bash yours on a rock, this is an item of pure bling, but hey, there is nothing wrong with that! This CNC Oil Filter Cover is made from A7009-T6 aluminum with the 'Zeta' logo machined into the front and anodized in blue to really stand out on your Yamaha. It's also lighter than stock.
This kit provides much of the performance gain of our 130 kit but keeps you legal for racing classes that do not allow motors over 125cc.

An ADV tire designed in Australia for real off-road riding. Technically 25% stronger than many adventure tires with a tread deeper than most and a compound formulated to perform in a wide variety of conditions. The tread design on this tire is unique in that the blocks self-sharpen for better grip through the life of the tire.

Dunlop designed the D606 tire to be street-legal but with an emphasis on aggressive off-road riding and great durability. A full-depth tread pattern designed for rigorous off-road use yields excellent traction on everything from hard-packed fire roads to soft single-track trails. At the same time, the D606's tread compound is engineered for good highway durability and grip.
The Dunlop D606 is R rated (max speed of 106 mph)
Lighting
Auxiliary Lights, Mount
A nice place to mount auxiliary lights on your KLX where they will be high and easy to reach for adjustment but still tight to the cowlings. They will not interfere with controls, body work or the fuel tank.
Constructed of 1/8" stainless steel they are intended for LED lamps in the 2" range, but with a slight slotting of the mounting holes, will work great with 3" lights as well. Includes longer bolts to for the upper triple clamp mounts.
Tail Light, Mount
Lose that ugly stock taillight and license plate bracket and install this tidy one from ProCycle. We designed this unit and have it manufactured here in Oregon. Kit includes a LED taillight / brake light unit as well as compact turn signals. We also include splice connectors and split tubing, everything you need for this installation.

This is an upright Dakar Rally inspired shield, designed to protect the rider without interfering with off-road riding. Zero Gravity windscreens feature the finest optics of any windscreen on the market. All Zero Gravity windscreens are fabricated using highly specialized "vacuum forming" techniques similar to those used to form aircraft canopies. The result is a virtually distortion free optical lens.

The DB model is approximately 1.75 inches taller than stock and the ST is approximately 3.5 inches taller than the original. Each screen is available in Clear, Smoke or Dark Smoke colors as well.
Front Fender
Front fender from ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. Vacuum molded, these are a design improvement over stock. These are fully compatible in any combination with the original factory plastic.
Complete Kit
Formerly DSA, now ProCycle brand, is a plastics kit in three colors - Black, White, and Blue, as well as Blue fenders with White side panels and Black fenders with White side panels. (headlight cowl not included).
Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over the stock pieces. The side panels have a crisper, more angular look than the stock parts while the front fender is shaped like the DRZ400SM OEM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does.
Kits include front and rear fenders, a new LED tail/brake light and license plate holder, and both side panels.
Add a fresh new side panel hardware kit and an adhesive heat shield for a fresh off the showroom floor look.

These plates are pre-drilled and countersunk from the bottom making installation of a RotoPax mount quick and easy.

This unique design from Rox allows you to move your bars either closer (1" up and back) or further away (1" forward and 1-1/4" up) depending on rider preference. These risers have an oblong mounting hole so that they will fit virtually any triple clamp with 8mm bolts. A set of reducers lock into the risers ensuring no slippage whether you have a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bars.
Because these are offset there may be limited clearance between the gas tank and the risers when the bars are fully turned on some models, mainly when mounted to move the bars closer.

The Commuter shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but is much more dished out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area. The passenger platform has been built up to help prevent the passenger from sliding into the rider.
The Commuter seat is the best choice for extended pavement riding and mellow offroad. The unique shape and added width will provide greater enjoyment and increased range on a long commute, or Dual-Sport ride!

License Plate
This frame includes six, white, full-spectrum LED bulbs on a 6-inch strip for bright illumination of your license plate. It is made in a sturdy cast aluminum, and is powder coated with a durable black finish.
Outside frame dimensions are 7.25" in. wide by 4.2". Center to center mounting hole distance is 5.7 in. All mounting hardware is included.

Includes all wheel bearings, new dust seals. The rear kit includes the bearing and seal for the cush drive hub (sprocket carrier). All bearings are sealed on both sides.
Wheel bearing kit contains all of the bearings and seals required to re-fit a wheel.
Wheel bearings typically fail from water and dirt contamination. These wheel bearing were developed in partnership with KML Bearing and is designed for the difficult operating environment of the Power Sport industry.

Type TC Nitrile Elastomer wheel seals are specifically designed to keep out water and dirt.

A very popular modification. Eliminates the weaker 2 bolt setup in favor of one bolt all the way through for the upper subframe attach point. No more worry about keeping the bolts tight, or the original bolts breaking. If you have the SW Motech or Tusk crash guards you want this kit for sure.
This universal will give you both upper bolts, the upper spacer for the standard kit, and both lengths of lower bolts in case you have bars that use that point to attach.
