The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM). 

A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. 

Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap. The installed weight is approximately 7.7 lbs.

No repacking required! The Leo Vince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell. It features a semi-direct chamber design that is maintenance free. It's quiet too! Our own in-house testing showed a 84dB sound level using the USFS J1287 testing procedure. 84dB is louder than stock but significantly quieter than any other aftermarket muffler. It includes a certified Spark-Arrestor.

This Quiet Insert comes stock in all new FMF Q4 mufflers. If you lost yours, this is the replacement you need.

It will fit Q4, Q4 Hex, Powercore and Powercore Hex mufflers.

It will reduce the sound rating of the Power Core models, from about 99db down to about 96db.

Please choose the correct Insert for your muffler. If you are unsure of the year that your muffler was manufactured you can easily identify visually which insert you will need.

Reduce exhaust leaks with this new OEM muffler gasket. This gasket goes between the rear tail/muffler pipe and the header pipe.

Reduce exhaust leaks with this new OEM exhaust gasket. This gasket goes between the header pipe and the cylinder head.

We recommend Anti-Seize on exhaust fasteners.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.

All of these options are for complete systems, including head pipe and muffler. The S option is for a Silencer only while the S/A is for a system with a Spark Arrestor.

The latest version of the Powercore 4 design incorporates a hi-flow core which mas more surface area to absorb more sound while flowing more exhaust. The silencer is constructed with an extruded aluminum canister is MIG/TIG welded and has space age internal packing. This system is lighter, stronger and provides more power than stock exhausts. The pipe is a stainless steel unit for strength and weight savings.

Powercore 4 S/A has a US Foresty approved, maintenance free, stainless steel spark arrestor screen to be sure you are safe and legal in the woods.

Quick release one-piece clamps that saves space. These are great for fuel lines, controlling wires, and can be used many times.

Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.

Simply put; Emulators make damping rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. Installation and tuning for any condition or rider preference is very straight-forward.

The Cogent Dynamics DDC valves are the most cost-effective upgrade you can make to your motorcycle’s forks. Unique and the first of its kind, a DDC kit is available to upgrade many motorcycles that are originally equipped with simple damper rod type forks as front suspension.

Heavy duty shock bumper. The stock bumper is prone to disintegrating with age. If you are re-valving your shock it's a good idea to be sure the bumper is in good shape.

B&B Engineering CNC machines these Oil Cooler Guards from 2.5mm marine grade aluminum. This guard covers the full length of the oil cooler, unlike the stock unit! Select polished finish or a protective black polymer coating.

Do you have the SW Motech Centerstand and Skid Plate mounted to your Africa Twin? If so, it is a great idea to mount up the Skid Plate Extension. This plate adds protection to the undercarriage where the engine guard ends, giving you a more complete protection system. 3mm thick aluminum plate mounts to tabs that are built into the Centerstand. The Phillips screws in Japanese motorcycles are not really Phillips screws. They are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws that are very easy to strip with Phillips head drivers.

Kientech Fuel Screw for Suzuki DRZ400S/SM with the Mikuni BSR 36mm carb only. This fuel screw does NOT work on Keihin carbs.

Dielectric Grease is an insulating silicone grease designed to insulate and protect electrical connections. Pack it into the back side of electrical connectors to protect them from moisture and corrosion. Do not put it directly on the connection surfaces.

JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.

Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

Stock gearing uses a 45 tooth rear sprocket

The 50 tooth rear sprocket will give you much lower gearing for off-road use. You will need a longer chain for this rear sprocket, please order the 130 link chain to fit with this larger sprocket, it may need to be shortened to fit correctly.
