The Nomadic Rack for the early generation KLR650. CNC laser cut from 3/16" 5052 aluminum with a large 12" x 18" mounting surface area. The B&B Off Road Engineering rear carry rack is made from 4mm aluminum 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.
Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.
The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler require a joint gasket. No repacking required! The Leo Vince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell. It features a semi-direct chamber design that is maintenance free. It's quiet too! Our own in-house testing showed a 84dB sound level using the USFS J1287 testing procedure. 84dB is louder than stock but significantly quieter than any other aftermarket muffler. It includes a certified Spark-Arrestor.

The latest version of the Powercore 4 design incorporates a hi-flow core which mas more surface area to absorb more sound while flowing more exhaust. The silencer is constructed with an extruded aluminum canister is MIG/TIG welded and has space age internal packing. This system is lighter, stronger and provides more power than stock exhausts. The pipe is a stainless steel unit for strength and weight savings.
Powercore 4 S/A has a US Foresty approved, maintenance free, stainless steel spark arrestor screen to be sure you are safe and legal in the woods.

Attach this over your brake lever and hand grip, squeeze the brake lever, pull the locking bar in and lock the black portion down. This creates a locked front brake, making parking safe and secure with about 5 seconds of effort.
To unlock the BrakeFix, you just lift the back of the black hooking portion to release it. This takes about 2 seconds. Perfect for use with Snapjack type stands or just parking on an incline.

Sprocket Carrier

2 high-quality bushings per set. They recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set. If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles they recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.
Every new set of pegs comes with a 90A bushing installed. This is a medium flex rating.
80A is the softest and 95A lock-out is the stiffest and has the least amount of flex.
The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference.
The bushings are high quality yet inexpensive (they achieve this because they use skateboard bushings that are already developed and produced in massive quantities around the world) and a wear item designed to be replaced each season or depending on how hard or often someone rides.

You’d be amazed at the dirt and debris that can work its way into your gas can – and from there, your fuel tank. Twin Air’s monofilament screen pocket inserts in your tank to catch particles as small as 40 microns (.00165”) while allowing the gas to flow freely.
The flange is custom-sized for each modern 4-stroke model to ensure a leak-proof seal. Just remove the filter periodically, turn it inside-out, and clean out the debris that could have been in your engine.
Will not work with factory locking gas caps.
Inside tank inlet diameter must be approximately 43.5mm (1.71") to fit.

The Chilly Exhaust Heat Shield is the most effective heat shield on the market. The innovative three piece design consists of a top shield attached to 2 rails with rivets and spacers. This reduces the contact area and slows down heat transfer. They have incorporated a patented, insulated reflective blanket on the underside of the shield to reduce radiant heat transfer. The included stainless steel clamp makes it simple to install.
