This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Because these are offset there may be limited clearance between the gas tank and the risers when the bars are fully turned on some models, mainly when mounted to move the bars closer.

Tread design:
The K60 Ranger’s new tread design has dirt and big bikes in mind. While the open block design should keep the tread from loading-up in muddy conditions, the compound and carcass should keep the ride stable when you’re back on the street. With features intended to give integrity to the side blocks, the K60 Ranger should be at home on single track or cruising down the highway.
Tubeless tires (TL) can be used with spoke wheels, but Tube Type (TT) tires cannot be used with TL wheels.
A highly refined blend of aluminum, copper and graphite lubricants. Use during assembly to prevent galling, corrosion and seizing due to weathering or chemicals. Anti-Seize assures easier disassembly. Temperature range: -60°F to 1600°F (-50°C to 870°C). Salt, corrosion and moisture resistant – ideal for marine use. Meets Mil Spec #907E.
This is a vacuum operated automatic chain oiling system to keep your driveline adequately lubricated at all times.
When properly adjusted the oil will last thousands of miles between refills. The Scottoiler kit includes one 250ml bottler of oil which is good for 10000 miles of riding.

This optically clear headlight guard is CNC cut for a perfect fit. It is made of durable aircraft grade 3/16" thick cast acrylic which resists harsh rock impacts, trail scuffs, and incidental scratches. Velcro fasteners hold the guard firmly in place and allow for easy on & off should it need an occasional cleaning. Installation is a quick five minute job, positioning template included.
ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) Rear Fenders include LED tail/brake light and license plate holder. Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over stock.
