Made from extruded aluminum and then CNC machined, these guards us a louver design like those of a modern motocross machine which provides maximum protection while allowing maximum airflow through the radiator for excellent cooling.
With the mounting system for these guards, they are easily and quickly removed if you need to get in for a good cleaning. Remove four easily accessible bolts and the guards are out of the way.

Lose that ugly stock taillight and license plate bracket and install this tidy one from ProCycle. We designed this unit and have it manufactured here in Oregon. This kit includes LED headlight assembly with plug-and-play wiring harness, a specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket, and all the required installation hardware.
The headlight features two primary sets of LED projectors, a wide low-beam pattern with distinct upper cutoff and a center spotlight high-beam for long range visibility.
The low-beam consumes 20W and remains powered when the 15W high-beam is fired. There is also a daytime running light feature which can be powered for additional glow. The LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours and operate at a 6000K color temperature.

Carburetor Repair Kit
Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

Our complete kit comes with alloy adapter rings bonded to the genuine TM40 carburetor body for a firm reliable fit in the stock air boots. We also include new low friction cables, an extended fuel screw, complete instructions along with a wide range of extra jetting for fine tuning. It even has a vacuum port for the stock fuel petcock.
The carburetor comes pre-jetted for the typical mods: performance pipe and modified air box, or we can set it up for your particular bike before we ship it out.
Instead of the tough to reach choke knob, all TM40's come with a remote choke and bracket. This makes it easier to reach the knob, especially if you have an oversize tank.
