DP Premium Clutch Kit is engineered to provide superior performance compared to any original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or aftermarket clutch. DPK kits come equipped with friction plates, steel drive plates, and clutch springs, with the exception of those OEM clutches that feature a reusable diaphragm spring.

This is the little rubber plug on the right hand side of the cylinder head. Replace this plug to avoid having an oil leak after disassembling your top end.

Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.

Simply put; Emulators make damping rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. Installation and tuning for any condition or rider preference is very straight-forward.

These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. These units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.

Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and three bottles of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs and spacers and then install the caps. Preload spacer material is included with the .47 and .70 springs, additional spacers are not needed with the other kits.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT250. Stiffer than the stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs .42 kg/mm.

Giant Loop is aiming for smaller, lighter security in the form of its new compact Quick Loop Cables, available in 36- and 84-inch lengths. The stock lamp that comes with this rally light is great, but you can get  well over double the brightness  with the LED upgrade at a substantially lower power draw. Note if your bike is ac powered at the headlight you will need the rectifier for the LED option.. AKA carbureted KTM's CRFX and XR400/650.. others may apply.

This kit includes LED headlight assembly with plug-and-play wiring harness, a specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket, and all the required installation hardware.

The headlight features two primary sets of LED projectors, a wide low-beam pattern with distinct upper cutoff and a center spotlight high-beam for long range visibility.

The low-beam consumes 20W and remains powered when the 15W high-beam is fired. There is also a daytime running light feature which can be powered for additional glow. The LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours and operate at a 6000K color temperature.

Non-DOT

The SignalMinder unit is designed as a plug-in accessory for many Japanese bikes. SignalMinder uses a microprocessor to cancel the turn signals at one of three selectable time outs; 10, 20 or 30 seconds.

You can also make it so that all four of your signal lights also act as running lights and establish a dual-channel system on your bike. With the dual-channel system, when you activate the RIGHT turn signal three times in succession, you get 4-way hazard flash lights.

Connecting the 12 volt supply from the brakes to the SignalMinder, also allows for a brake flash option.

There are many options and configurations using this electronic tool.

Your automatic cam chain tensioner is spring loaded. This can make it difficult to install as it wants to extend before you have it bolted into place. The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. If there's any question about the condition of your bearing replace it now with this double sealed bearing and quality seal.
