B&B Off Roads KTM 950 & 990 Adventurer bash plate is made from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Brake Guard
Warp 9's CNC shark fin rear rotor protector. To make installation super-easy this fin bolts to a brand new CNC machined caliper bracket. Just remove your existing caliper bracket and remove the pins, install them on this new one and then put the caliper and fin back on.
Handguard
These handguards come with mounts that will work on both standard and and oversize bars. The aluminum wrap-around bar is the biggest on the market with two large plastic shields that are also some of the largest available. The X-Factor hand guards offer great protection from the elements, especially during those colder months when you're trying to stretch out your riding season.
Works with 7/8" or 1-1/8" bars.
X-Factor guards may require you to cut your lever ends down, or use short levers.
Gas Tanks
IMS Products 'Adventure Tank' for the Yamaha WR250R/X. They call this an Adventure tank because it maximizes your capacity preparing you for those extended trips without the need to stop and fill up. This tank has a 2.75 gallon advantage over the stock fuel tank and it handles it well.
IMS made this tank to replace the stock radiator shrouds and keep the fuel down low for a lower center of gravity, improving the handling and stability of the bike. They also have installed a lift pump to allow the stock fuel pump to stay in the standard position while efficiently utilizing the entire capacity of the tank. It is available in Natural, Black, Blue, Red and White.

Because the stock shock cannot be rebuilt and offers insufficient adjustment, Race Tech developed a bolt on replacement shock to cure an under sprung and under-damped stock setup.
Race Tech's G3-S Custom Series Shocks are truly custom with spring rates and valving picked specific to each rider. Each shock is built to order featuring Gold Valves to guarantee a plush feel and great bottoming resistance while also providing more traction than any other setup on the market.

Designed by Rick at Cogent Dynamics on his high-tech suspension dyno, then tested and endorsed by KLR owners all over, these units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.

Installation takes about one hour, and only a few minutes more to drop the forks in the front to match.

This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.
Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.
The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.
Oil Filter
Made from laser cut, medical grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth. This filter provides 200% more filter area than most other filters. Most high quality filters will pass particles in the 90 to 95 micron range, and some tested, as much as 300 microns. Sand is about 125 microns and a white blood cell approximately 25 microns. Scott's stainless filter catches items down to 35 microns "absolute". The pleat seam is welded, not glued like paper filters, increasing temperature resistance to 600 degrees F.

Ease the pressure on your wrist during those long highway drones out to where the fun begins. ProCycle has developed this kit that includes a Vista-Cruise throttle lock, a specially modified alloy throttle tube and an anchor plate that attaches to your throttle housing. Just flip the thumb lever down to apply enough friction to hold the throttle in place. Use the supplied longer screw to attach the anchor plate to your lower throttle housing bolt hole. Also included is a tension adjustment tool that you can keep on your key ring. Keep the applied tension lightly adjusted so it's easy to roll the throttle off.

Organic brake pads contain man-made high-performance fibers that are used for their light weight, high strength abrasion resistance and thermal stability. These Aramid fibers have a high strength-to-weight, thermal stability and abrasion resistance to provide advantages over steel fiber-based products. They provide excellent stopping power without noise and rotor galling but still provide fingertip control and strong, predictable brake response.
Double-H sintered metal brake pads feature the HH friction rating, the highest in the industry. These pads provide maximum brake effect and last twice as long as organic pads.
Semi-sintered pads have an all new recipe containing 30% copper by weight with an organic matrix. This design combines the long life of a sintered pad with the great feel and lack of rotor damage common with full-sintered pads. These can be used to replace Kevlar or sintered metal compound pads.

The Powerbomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses improving scavenging. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.

Headpipe
The FMF Powerbomb is a four stroke header pipe unit that has a unique bulge precisely located in the header system. A "pre-muffler" of sorts, the Power Bomb actually lowers sound output because it creates more surface area to absorb the sound medium (exhaust). The surface area of the perforated core lets the sound exit into the absorbing material (steel wool packing) and then allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up with the higher pressure air. The result? Evans Waterless Coolant (EWC) can be used for all water cooled motorcycles to eliminate overheating. With a boiling point in excess of 375° F, it will not vaporize, thus eliminating overheating, boil-over and after-boil. At the other end of the spectrum, EWC freezes below -40° F.
EWC also delivers more power by eliminating pre-ignition and detonation caused by overheating, thus improving combustion efficiency. It also generates very low vapor pressures which reduces strain on cooling system components. EWC comes in 1/2 gal. containers.
