Quality steel sprockets and 525 O-Ring chain. 525 chains come in 120 link length and will have to be cut down to fit. They also come with rivet type master links. Clip type master links are available below. Single sprockets and chains are also available below.

Sprocket
Choose either a 14, 15, 16 or 17 tooth JT countershaft sprockets.
Go down in tooth count for faster acceleration.
Go up for lower RPMs at cruising speeds.
We have 44, 45, 46 and 47 tooth rear sprockets available for the SV. Select the sprocket size from the dropdown.
Quality steel rear sprockets. Choose 525 or 520. 41T to 50T
48 and 50 sprockets require removal or modification of your lower chain guide.
Chain Size Recommendations:
- 110 link chain for a 42 tooth rear sprocket
- 112 link chain for a 46 tooth sprocket
- 120 link for the 48 and above sprockets.
- 120 link chain will have to be cut to the proper size for the 48 and 50.

For reference, the stock gearing for the WR250R is 13/43 while the X model runs 13/42 stock gearing.

New Rear Sprockets require new Sprocket Bolts because of a difference in the holes vs. the stock bolts.

Retainer
The stock sprocket retainer will rub the chain when it is used with 13 and 14 tooth sprockets.
We have our own sprocket retainer laser cut from 13 gauge stainless steel. This retainer works with all 3-hole 13T, 14T, 15T and 16T DR650 countershaft sprockets.

Footpegs
Made from 1/8" thick stainless steel with dual folded edges for additional strength, these brackets will relocate your passenger pegs down 4" and move them back 1.5". This will give your passenger additional legroom making two-up riding much more comfortable.
All hardware is included for a quick and easy installation.
Our complete foot peg assemblies. 1-3/4" lower than stock. No extra brackets that hang down below the frame. Easier on the knees. Fastway offers a large ADV peg that is 4.75" long and 2.25" wide. With these pegs you can adjust the camber with their patented FKMS Kamber bolt. ´Tilt´ your pegs to increase comfort, or to give better squeeze on your bike. Low peg mounts for the DR From Wirtz Wire. These are different than our other mounts for several reasons. First, these are designed around the stock pegs. All of the pegs in this section will fit these mounts. Another difference is that these mounts are offered in a low mount as well as a low and rearward mount. These are 'wire EDM' machined from solid 1018 steel bar stock, and are not welded anywhere. They are powder coated black for a great look. Both mounts move the pegs down 2" while the low and rear mounts also move the pegs back 1.3".
Kit comes with new mounts, longer bolts and a longer brake switch spring that will be needed. Pegs are optional, your stock pegs will work.
The upper image shows the low and rearward mounts while the one below that is of the just low mounts. If you look at the two images below that, you will see that these are the low and rearward pegs for both sides of the bike.

Tie down whatever you need with confidence. Whether it's your books to get to school or a bag to get across the country, no worries mate. Available in either bare polished aluminum or with a black polymer coating.
While plenty rugged to use as grab handles, you can keep your stock handles if you so desire. All necessary stainless clamps and bolts are provided.
If you want a wider platform for support, consider adding the luggage plate to this rack.
Bike must have the DR250 Taillight installed to work with this rack.It will not work with the stock USA taillight.
DRZ400 rack is available in both a Utility and Sport version. The Sport version is 9" x 9" and the Utility is a full 2" longer for added storage space. Both of the S/SM racks have tabs so you can bolt the stock tool bag on.

Accessories
Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.
You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.
If you already have a Tool Tube you can order just the Locking End Cap and lock.
Does not fit if your bike is equipped with the new emissions system. The charcoal canister prevents the tool tube from being mounted properly.

This is a high-quality seat cover done by Moose for the DRZ400. This is a replacement cover only, no seat foam and you must install on your existing pan with existing foam. Heavy-duty marine grade vinyl with UV protection for long life. Double stitched for durability too!

Controls
Levers
The Warp 9 shift lever is black anodized and the Warp 9 logo is laser etched into the finish. Comes with a black anodized knurled aluminum tip that folds and returns via a stainless-steel return spring. Includes the pinch bolt as well.
This bracket mounts between the frame and your right footpeg bracket (works with both stock and low mounts) and allows you to adjust the slop out of the stock system.
Places the pedal in the ultimate location for immediate brake activation and eliminates unwanted pedal motion.
Kit includes plate, adjuster bolt with lock nut and instructions.

Tail Light, Mount
Make the Edge-2 installation as easy as possible with an Optional Connector Set. This allows you to put an OEM style connector on the Edge Taillight making the connection simple. Stock plug will go right into this unit and off you go. Will need a crimp tool or set of needle nose pliers to crimp connectors on.
Also works with Edge-2 Circuit Board Upgrade.
The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific. The light unit uses 16 high-intensity red LED's for tail/stop light function. 3 white LED's are used for license plate illumination.
Included is a set of turn signal brackets that bolt to the mount, but these are designed for a smaller LED type signal with a mounting stud of just 8mm. If you think this might be a problem, look at the Edge-2 Upgrade Circuit Board as this converts your brake light into a functioning turn signal as well!
NOTE: LED's must be installed on a 12 V DC system!

Add a backup kick start system to your electric start DRZ400. Complete with everything you need to add the kick starter to your bike.
This kit will fit all DRZ400s but the manual decompression lever can only be installed on the 2006 to Current DRZ400 E models.
Gasket
Always a good idea to put in a new set of Oil Change O-Rings at the first sign of any leakage. This package gives you the three most important: oil filter cap and the one behind the filter as well as the one on the filler cap. All are new OEM Suzuki O-Rings.

Here's another item you might want to replace when you are changing out your front sprocket. Because of it's big back tire, the chain is further away from the center of the engine than most bikes. The engineers at Yamaha decided they had better support the end of the countershaft since it is cantilevered out there so far. They also figured they had better feed some oil out there as well. These Countershaft Seals keep that oil where it belongs, lubricating the countershaft outer support.

B&B Engineering Bash Plate for the CRF250L is made from 5083 4mm aluminum plate. Chosen because of its suitability for welding and extreme abrasion and impact resistance, this plate will protect the valuable center cases and deflect items away from the side cases as well. This plate is supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where necessary as well as foam or rubber where required.
Frame Guard
Protect your frame/paint from scuffs and scratches with frame guards. The DRZ 400 frame guards are made from 2mm 5052 marine grade alloy and CNC machined in one piece for strength. All frame guards are supplied with all necessary mountings and stainless bolts. With a polished finish they look great and are easy to install.

Tail Light, Mount, License Plate
The stock tail light, blinker and license plate bracket is rather large and cumbersome, to put it politely. The B&B Off Road Engineering unit is simple and tidy and gives you a LED tail and brake light unit, a LED license plate light and turn signal mounts as well.
Installation is easy - remove the stock unit and bolt the new unit in the same location. Off with the old and on with the new in minutes. All necessary hardware included.

B&B fired up the CNC equipment for another beauty, a Front Sprocket Case Saver. A great investment the 6mm aluminum base will protect your engine cases should your chain ever break or derail. On top of that is a 4mm piece to keep your pants and other things out of the chain as well. This replaces the stock cover over the countershaft sprocket.
If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit.
This nice piece replaces your plastic sprocket cover and protects your engine case from a chain derailment or failure. The 3/16" (5mm) thick steel plate is adjustable to accommodate 14, 15 and 16 tooth sprockets. Includes mounting hardware.

B&B Off Road Engineering Fender Brace is made to help support your front fender/guard. Also helps support and reduce fatigue from constant vibration.
Made from 4mm 5083 structural aluminum plate. If you wanted to carry a small tool bag this would be a perfect product to support the weight and strap the bag to.
Fits on top of the fender and bolts between the fender and bottom triple clamp. Requires you to drill one hole in the fender for mounting.

Progressive springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs.

Fork Cartridge Dampers
Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.
Simply put; Emulators make damping rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. Installation and tuning for any condition or rider preference is very straight-forward.

Fork Seals & Bushings
Shock
Don't want to buy a new shock? This rebuild makes the stock shock about 10 times better. Cogent Dynamics takes a stock DR650 shock, tears it down, cleans it up, adds a hard ceramic coating, then rebuilds it with a completely new Shock Shaft Assembly with rebound damping adjustment.
Any aftermarket spring for your stock shock will fit on this shock. If you are currently using the original spring, you will want to order a stiffer spring to go with your new shock.
Our 7.5 kg/mm rear spring is 16% stiffer than the stock one and is perfect for the majority of riders. If you are a larger rider, or carry a lot of gear or a passenger (total weight exceeding 250 pounds) you will probably want the 8.3 kg/mm rear spring which is 28% stiffer than stock.
This shock includes the Bling Ring preload adjusting ring AND the Thrust Bearing! This replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. This ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.
Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.
This option is ideal for those who desire the least amount of down time to install this suspension upgrade.

Made with heat-treated carbon steel for longer wear life and reduced galling. Stock size, simple bolt-on procedure.
Rotors are laser-cut from high-carbon content 410 stainless steel then lap cross hatch ground and heat-treated. The finished rotors are mounted on a floating black steel carrier for durability and strength.
The oversize floating pins are CNC machined stainless steel rivets with stainless wave washers to ensure they will not crush as more traditional steel pressed rivets can. Finally, high-temp paint is applied to surfaces like cooling holes and edges to provide a clean, finished look.
