Yamaha uses this seal material in many places on several motorcycles. It is like weatherstripping and is used to seal up the edges in the TW200 air-box. It seals up the air-box so that water and grime can't enter the air-box from the side. Ensures that air entering the box comes from up under the seat.

Is the cylinder head intake boot on your DR650 cracked or weathered, is it missing parts of the lip to seal around the carburetor, have you recently pulled the intake boot off only to realize the O-ring behind it is hard & brittle? The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

This adapter set is required to fit an aftermarket spring to the Vstrom shock

Heavy duty shock bumper. The stock bumper is prone to disintegrating with age. If you are re-valving your shock it's a good idea to be sure the bumper is in good shape.

Stock suspension suffers from poor compression damping and limp rebound damping. The Race Tech Gold Valve allows you to tune both compression and rebound valving for vastly improved performance.

In stock form, the forks, featuring a single spring design are under sprung for any rider over 100 pounds. With limited travel, adding a stiffer spring in the right leg only per the stock design was not a viable option.

Race Tech instead offers a High Performance Spring Kit that adds a stiffer spring to the other fork. (The overall spring rate in the forks is the average spring rate between both legs.) This upgrade will make a drastic improvement in handling for most riders.

0.50KG/MM KIT

Included in this kit are .42 kg/mm fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and two bottles of 5w fork oil.

These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT250. Stiffer than the stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs .42 kg/mm.

Kouba lowering link will lower the rear suspension 1.75". Comes with bearings and seals installed for a quick and easy installation.

Disclaimer: Lowering the front and/or rear of your motorcycle will change the geometry and may affect the handling, use caution after making changes/adjustments.

The 12oclock Labs EXUP Emulator is used in place of the stock exhaust servo motor when you replace the stock exhaust with an aftermarket exhaust system. The microprocessor controlled EXUP, emulates the exact characteristics of the stock exhaust servo motor and its motor delay sweeps, keeping the ECU from displaying the dreaded check engine light. This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

These low and rear mounts move the pegs down 2" and back 1.3".

Low peg mounts for the DR From Wirtz Wire. These are different than our other mounts for several reasons. First, these are designed around the stock pegs. All of the pegs in this section will fit these mounts. Another difference is that these mounts are offered in a low mount as well as a low and rearward mount. These are 'wire EDM' machined from solid 1018 steel bar stock, and are not welded anywhere. They are powder coated black for a great look. 

Kit comes with new mounts, longer bolts and a longer brake switch spring that will be needed. Pegs are optional, your stock pegs will work.
