Reduce exhaust leaks with this new OEM muffler gasket. This gasket goes between the rear tail/muffler pipe and the header pipe.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Reduce exhaust leaks with this new exhaust gasket. This gasket goes between the header pipe and the cylinder head.

We recommend Anti-Seize on exhaust fasteners.

All of these options are for complete systems, including head pipe and muffler. The S option is for a Silencer only while the S/A is for a system with a Spark Arrestor.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.

For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.

Heavy duty shock bumper. The stock bumper is prone to disintegrating with age. If you are re-valving your shock it's a good idea to be sure the bumper is in good shape.

The progressive factory springs are well known to be way to soft for most riders. Cogent Dynamics straight rate springs will give better control in the rough stuff and when loaded up.

B&B Engineering Bash Plate for the CRF250L is made from 5083 4mm aluminum plate. A compact and lightweight solution to eliminate the SNAP for a safer tow. If you have ever towed a motorcycle you are familiar with the snap that comes with a traditional tow strap. GCAG made the Dynatow with a section that gives 32 inches of stretch so both riders have an easier tow.

The 26 foot total length gives you enough room to maneuver around obstacles and allows the freedom to choose better lines if you are towing in the gnar.

You can also use this as a recovery strap. You can girth hitch the loop end to the bike and throw the other end to a friend to pull. The dynamic properties of the Dynatow will help assist the pull.
