If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. The plug-and-play installation means that you don't need to splice in any load balancing resistors that generate unnecessary heat and require splicing into your stock wires. Simply remove the stock relay and install your new TST relay and your wiring job is done. It's that simple!

Here is the little switch that mounts inside your brake or clutch lever perch and controls the brake light or clutch safety circuit. This switch often gets damaged in an unplanned dismount (aka: crash) or the plastic simply cracks from age. This kit is for the 36mm Mikuni CV carburetor and includes 2 Needles that have been developed by JD Jetting and manufactured for them to their exacting specifications. These two needles allow a wide range of tuning possibilities and provide correct fuel delivery at any throttle position.

4 allen type screws for the top of the carburetor are also enclosed should you strip out the stock screws during your tuning process. Complete instructions with photos, jetting suggestions for different set-ups and situations, 5 Main Jets, a Pilot Jet and a drill bit complete the package.

This is an O.E. replacement diaphragm for your BST40 carburetor.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.

New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

CNC machined from billet aluminum and anodized black or blue. If you want to retain your handlebar mounted choke this may be the solution.

  These no longer fit the new version of the ProCycle Remote Choke Cable. Will not work with the long or short reach choke knobs.

This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

CNC machined from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate with lots of slots to attach your Rok Straps (or other straps). This gives a considerably wider deck than the standard B&B Rack. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

This is the more economical alternative to eliminating the 990 Adventure airbox. Better breathing equals more power. The ITG filter kit makes air filter service a snap. It also simplifies other engine and intake maintenance chores. Our kit features a steel base plate which will not deform like plastic and does not conduct heat as much as aluminum. The white powder coating also helps reflect engine heat. To take advantage of the increased airflow, we recommend upgrading your fuel injection map with TuneEcu or a Power Commander.
