8.0 kg/mm is 24% stiffer than stock
Sized perfectly for adult back-yard racing or fast/aggressive mini riders. This is the most important upgrade you can make for an adult sized rider. The stock suspension is too soft for most adults and aggressive kids. Fits stock shock.
Heavy duty shock bumper. The stock bumper is prone to disintegrating with age. If you are re-valving your shock it's a good idea to be sure the bumper is in good shape.
You can adjust the preload on your KLR shock easily, why not on the forks as well? These caps give you the capability to adjust the spring preload in your forks to match your load.
The progressive factory springs are well known to be way to soft for most riders. Cogent Dynamics straight rate springs will give better control in the rough stuff and when loaded up.

Included in this kit are 0.43 kg/mm Race Tech straight rate fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and two bottles of 5w fork oil.
Due to the small diameter of the KLX140 fork springs, the DDC Installation Tool will not work in the normal way on these bikes.
These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. These units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.
Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.
The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.
