Warp 9 has created a beautiful brake pedal machined from billet aluminum to an 8mm thick work of art. A stainless steel pin eliminates wear in the frame. This pedal has the ability to move the spring loaded brake tip 10mm either way from the center position. The arm is arched to provide clearance for riders who have the lowpeg + centerstand combination.

Rotors are laser-cut from high-carbon content 410 stainless steel then lap cross hatch ground and heat-treated. The finished rotors are mounted on a floating black steel carrier for durability and strength.

The oversize floating pins are CNC machined stainless steel rivets with stainless wave washers to ensure they will not crush as more traditional steel pressed rivets can. Finally, high-temp paint is applied to surfaces like cooling holes and edges to provide a clean, finished look.

To make removal as easy as possible, the center tab takes a 12mm wrench perfectly, or a 1/4" ratchet drive in the center. 

On each end of the center tab is a drilled hole should you find it necessary to safety wire your filler cap in place.

This 3rd gear set is made for us by Nova Racing Transmissions in England to replace the fragile stock third gear set. These folks build complete transmissions for World Superbike teams among others, so we believe them to be highly qualified to build this set of replacement gears.

These gears are made from a high quality special alloy steel and then heat treated and superfinished. The mainshaft drive gear and the countershaft driven gear are sold only as a set.

Made from laser-cut, medical-grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, this filter provides 200% more filter area over many paper filters, catching debris down to 35 microns. The FLO filter pleat seam is welded and able to withstand up to 600 deg. F. The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

  These no longer fit the new version of the ProCycle Remote Choke Cable. Will not work with the long or short reach choke knobs.

This adapter set is required to fit an aftermarket spring to the Vstrom shock

Cogent Dynamics Mojave product is a drop-in replacement for the DR650 stock shock, no modifications necessary. Mojave is not simply an improved Suzuki shock, it is a brand new replacement shock that is a totally engineered suspension solution to suit your needs.

Each shock is assembled and tested on the Cogent Dynamics suspension dyno before being packed up and shipped. Like its bigger brother the Mojave Pro Series, this will make an incredible difference in the handling of your DR.

Mojave Improvements over stock
Mojave upper mount: uses a precision spherical bearing with dust seals, which accurately transfers damping forces to the motorcycle frame.

This shock package includes the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and Preload Bearing that will make preload adjustments easy.

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring. If you regularly have more than 250 pounds the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring. If you have any questions at all about this, please call.

You may choose to add the Hydraulic Preload Adjuster to make it the easiest of all. All you do is twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

Race Tech HP Springs have a high stiffness-to-mass ratio. In other words; the springs are light weight for their particular spring rate. This requires the finest materials and processing. This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

CNC machined from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate with lots of slots to attach your Rok Straps (or other straps). This gives a considerably wider deck than the standard B&B Rack. Chain guides experience degradation over time as a result of chain friction. To ensure optimal performance replace worn components with genuine Honda parts.

This is an O.E. replacement diaphragm for your BST40 carburetor.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

Wraps around your K&N filter to keep water and small particles out of the filter itself. K&N DryChargers are manufactured from a durable polyester material and are pre-treated with a proprietary hydrophobic process designed to prevent splashes of water or mud from saturating your K&N air filter. The DryCharger will also stop small dirt particles; yet add little restriction to the airflow of the filter. The DryCharger can be installed under the Foam Wrap.

We recommend a "Fixed Rate Flasher" unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system.

This kit does not include parts to mount aftermarket turn signals. The pre-installed processor board allows the turn signals to be integrated in to the tail light.

If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. The plug-and-play installation means that you don't need to splice in any load balancing resistors that generate unnecessary heat and require splicing into your stock wires. Simply remove the stock relay and install your new TST relay and your wiring job is done. It's that simple!

The PowerBomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

  These caps fit Acerbis tanks only.

This is the more economical alternative to eliminating the 990 Adventure airbox. Better breathing equals more power. The ITG filter kit makes air filter service a snap. It also simplifies other engine and intake maintenance chores. Our kit features a steel base plate which will not deform like plastic and does not conduct heat as much as aluminum. The white powder coating also helps reflect engine heat. To take advantage of the increased airflow, we recommend upgrading your fuel injection map with TuneEcu or a Power Commander.

This rear master cylinder guard is fabricated from 2mm thick 5052 marine grade alloy, CNC machined from one piece for maximum strength and polished for great looks. Made to cover and protect the master cylinder from all kinds of situations, it is supplied with all necessary hardware.

CNC machined from 6061 Aluminum by the crew at Warp 9. This upper triple clamp will help to get the bars out of your lap on the XR650L. It allows for six different bar positions (three mount positions and reversible offset mounts). Uses the stock key switch and works with the handlebar lock. Speedometer and indicators all use stock mounting positions as well.

This clamp comes with 1-1/8" bar mounts that work perfectly with the tapered handlebars included. Then there is a new set of ProGrip 714 Rally Grips.

This new unit from JNS will protect your cases from the damage caused by a thrown chain, and will also keep your pants, boots or foot safe from your countershaft sprocket.

The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.

All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.

If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.
