Spring time is in full swing here at ProCycle. With these busy days please be sure to let us know if your order is time sensitive. We try to do as much as we can to accommodate your upcoming trip.
Transform your ride
MadStad's patented mounting system allows riders to adjust the height and angle of their motorcycle windshield resulting in much smoother airflow, better wind protection and a more comfortable ride than any fixed windshield can provide.
What's included in the kit
Their complete drop-in system is custom-made for your bike and includes everything needed to mount and position the shield. Your bike will not require any modification.
- A set of MadStad adjustable brackets
- The acrylic windshield (frosted bottom to soften headlight reflection)
Their adjustable brackets bolt to the factory windshield mounting plates, then their custom shield attaches to their brackets. With the shield separated from the front of the bike you can adjust it for the optimum height, angle and airflow. This lets you set it for your particular height and riding position while pulling lots of air underneath it which is critical for smooth comfortable wind protection. In addition, their shield is 18" across at its widest point versus 14" for the stock shield, so you will have a wider pocket of wind protection as well.
NOTE: You will NOT be able to use your stock windshield with our adjustable brackets.
All MadStad windshields are made from 3/16" (4.5 mm) thick cast acrylic.
For DL650 2012 - 2016. This new shape offers better comfort and support and also addresses the slope into the tank issue that the stock seat has. The passenger seating area is built up at the front to help the sliding effect into the main rider.
Available as a Foam and Cover Kit for OEM pan. It DOES NOT include the pan.

Cogent Dynamics has created another winner - the 'World's Edge' shock for the 650 V-Strom the rear end you have wanted for all these years. This unit gives the DL650 excellent control with a firm but comfortable ride, both solo and two-up. This shock is equipped with adjustable damping control so you can customize the action to your preference. Please call for lowering options also if you need them.
The Bling Ring preload adjuster and thrust bearing on the spring make preload changes easy when you fill the bags and add a copilot. Keeping the ride height up can make the difference between a good handling motorcycle and a peg scraping pig. Want to make it easier yet? Add a Hydraulic Preload Adjuster like the stock shock has.
Includes mounting bracket.
Bikes with ABS require the hydraulic preload adjuster
The Cogent Dynamics DDC valves are the most cost-effective upgrade you can make to your motorcycle’s forks. Unique and the first of its kind, a DDC kit is available to upgrade many motorcycles that are originally equipped with simple damper rod type forks as front suspension.
We do recommend stiffer than stock front springs to bring the full potential of the DDCs out. Up to about 200 pounds (rider with gear on) we recommend the .85 kg/mm springs. If you are above 200 pounds (rider with gear on) you should probably go with the 1.0 kg/mm springs.
