B&B Off Road's Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sport Big tour combo Luggage Rack has a two-piece main luggage plate with an added extension plate that mounts directly to the main rear rack and grab rails. Requires no modification for mounting.

Main luggage, adapter mounting plate and extension are all made from 5mm aluminum 5083 structural plate.

Very quick installation and can be done in a matter of minutes. The adapter plate is threaded for an easy install and removal of luggage plate which also includes mounting locations of their extension plate. Extension plate has some CNC machined billet clamps used for mounting.

The Safari Bash Plate is a bit bigger and more protective than the Big Tour model. Made from the same 5mm 5083 plate, this plate extends further up the front and around the sides of the motor. There is a specific DCT model that wraps up even further to help protect the important parts on the right side. (See last image.)

Fits with the OEM centerstand, but will NOT work with lower engine crash bars. Will work with Upper Crash Bars from SW-MOTECH, Hepco and Becker and OEM Honda units. Protect your frame/paint from scuffs and scratches with these great Frame Guards from B&B Engineering  Made from 2mm 5052 marine grade alloy and CNC machined in one piece for strength. All frame guards are supplied with all necessary mountings and stainless bolts. With a polished finish they look great and are easy to install.

This rear master cylinder guard is fabricated from 2mm thick 5052 marine grade alloy, CNC machined from one piece for maximum strength and polished for great looks. Made to cover and protect the master cylinder from all kinds of situations, it is supplied with all necessary hardware.

Their baffle was designed to replace the stock insert. The baffle produces a nice note compared to the de-restricted stock version and dyno test results showed an increase on 2 hp up top.

A noise test on the insert was conducted at the EPA Victoria Vehicle Test Station at Macleod under controlled conditions with Class 1 meters.

Some extra details:

1. The ADR test is conducted at an engine speed which is 50% of the engine rpm at which the engine develops maximum power. However, this engine speed is determined when the bike is in restricted form, with a throttle restrictor that stops the throttle being fully opened. This is why the ADR engine test speeds are so low. However, they are the engine speeds used to determine compliance.
2. On the ADR test, the B&B tip was over the signature noise emission, but a tolerance of 5 dB(A) is allowed before prosecution would be initiated. With this tolerance, the insert would not be prosecuted as it is just 4 dB(A) over the signature.
3. When tested with the standard OEM tips (as fitted when delivered from Suzuki Australia), the Suzuki came in at 95 dB(A) for the ADR test

B&B fired up the CNC equipment for another beauty, a Front Sprocket Case Saver. A great investment the 6mm aluminum base will protect your engine cases should your chain ever break or derail. On top of that is a 4mm piece to keep your pants and other things out of the chain as well. This replaces the stock cover over the countershaft sprocket.

If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit.

This beautiful polished rear carry rack from B&B Eng. is made from aluminum tubing and 4mm 5083 plate. 5083 is used because of its suitability for welding and high level of abrasion and impact resistance. The Honda CRF1000L Twin Dakar Bash plate. Our all new engine protection system is designed to provide all the benefits of a lower crash bar and bash plate in one. It is constructed from 4mm & 5mm 5083 structural plate combined with 20mm heavy wall alloy tubing to form the outer profile. It is mounted in seven locations to make it the most rigid bash plate on the market. It has a narrower profile and fewer snag points than the conventional crash bars. Fitment notes:

These covers are attached to the engine cases with high quality heat resistance silicone adhesive

These covers will NOT fit early kick start only models that did not come standard with electric start. If you have added a kick starter to your bike that came with an electric start, covers will fit with no problem.

CNC machined from 2mm 5052 plate, these will protect your cases in the event of a bad spill. Made 'down unda' by B&B Off Road Engineering in Australia, these racks are CNC machined from 5mm 5083 aluminum plate with lots of slots around the edge to attach your RokStraps or other tie-down devices. The plate attaches directly to the CRF rear frame with four screws that are included.

There are four options for this plate, two sizes (Mini and Maxi) and two colors each (Polished and Black Polymer coating). The Maxi Plate is 18" wide at the seat, 13" long and 8.5" wide at back. The Mini Plate is 12 3/4" wide at the seat, 11" long and 9 1/4" wide at the back.

Made from extruded aluminum and then CNC machined, these guards us a louver design like those of a modern motocross machine which provides maximum protection while allowing maximum airflow through the radiator for excellent cooling.

With the mounting system for these guards, they are easily and quickly removed if you need to get in for a good cleaning. Remove four easily accessible bolts and the guards are out of the way.
