The Honda Maxi Luggage Rack and extension is made from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.
