The CRF300L side racks are intended to work hand in hand with their ENDURO Series rear rack.
If you plan on installing the side racks without their rear rack, you will need the spacer kit to fill in the empty space, which we will send to you at no extra cost. Please select the option when you place this in your cart.
Please note that you will need to remove the left side rack to access your lockable factory storage hatch.
This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.
These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

Polyurethane drive cushions for the KLR650. Polyurethane has a higher abrasion, cut, and tear resistance than rubber as well as much better resistance to chemical breakdown. This will offer longer life and better damping when compared to the rubber counterpart.
The KLR650 is rather hard on the cush drive rubbers. Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket hub. Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier.
