Race Tech shock springs in a wide range of spring rates to dial in your rear suspension to suit your weight (stock spring is 5.3 kg/mm). Recommended spring rates:

bash plate is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider.

All bash plates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. All bash plates have a polished finish and have foam or rubber where required.

These hand-crafted bash plates from B&B Eng. are constructed from 4mm 5083 aluminium plate. Strong and lightweight, this material has been selected because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance. All the necessary stainless clamps and bolts are included. This rear master cylinder guard is fabricated from 2mm thick 5052 marine grade alloy, CNC machined from one piece for maximum strength and polished for great looks. Made to cover and protect the master cylinder from all kinds of situations, it is supplied with all necessary hardware.

The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

Pro-Series foot pegs are made of stainless steel and are hard coated to prevent drooping. These pegs are 50mm x 75mm. Lo-pegs are down and back 1/4".

Double the size of your side stand footprint and half the chances of your KLR tipping over when parked on soft terrain. This laser cut, TIG welded 0.190" thick slice of aluminum bolts to your machine with just the addition of a hole in the stock side stand pad. Just takes minutes to mount.

The basic purpose of a center stand serves to enhance ownership experience by easily raising the rear wheel completely off the ground for drive chain lubrication and adjusting, tire & tube patching/replacement and even FRONT wheel work. Protect your head pipe from rock damage. This stainless steel spine clamps to your head pipe to add a layer of protective armor between your vulnerable pipe and those nasty rocks or logs. Fits the stock headpipe. Will fit the FMF head pipe with the addition of larger clamps.

This is a new gasket for the cylinder head - head pipe junction. Installing a new one with your new header will ensure a good seal and no exhaust leak.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

This component is a Genuine Suzuki part.

Generator cover gasket to seal up the cover once you have your new Doohickey in place. New OEM gasket. What else can we say? If in doubt, put in a new one.

A high quality top end gasket set for the XR650L

Handlebar mounts that replace your stock clamps.

These raise your handlebars 1 inch.

Choose 7/8" for standard handlebars or 1-1/8" to allow installation of your choice of oversize/ tapered handlebars.

These versatile Risers allow you to clamp a 7/8" diameter handlebar or you can remove the 7/8" reducers and then clamp an 1- 1/8" aluminum "fatbar". If you are thinking of going to a fatbar after you bend your stock set or just want the versatility and option to run any bar, this is the riser to go with. Reducers lock into risers to insure no slippage between components.

These risers use 8mm bolts. Always check and confirm that your bike has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers.

Anti-Vibration Risers may interfere with aftermarket large capacity fuel tanks, and some steering stem clamp configurations (in these cases we recommend using standard pivoting risers).

We offer two different types of SuperMoto tubes. The first are Standard Tubes and are meant to be used with standard bias-ply type tires, but can be used with radial tires also.

But, if you are running radial tires, like SuperMoto, or have a retro bikes with spoked wheels and radial tires, you probably want to run the 'Radial Tubes'. Front tubes fits 120/70 and 120/60 tires. Rear tubes fits 150/60, 150/70 and 160/60 tires. These have a metal valve stem.

This is an O.E. replacement diaphragm for your BST40 carburetor.

Now you can have minimum output shaft wear, minimum chain drive wear with the FRITZCO DRIVELINE sprocket. The design of their sprockets provide correct chain alignment, allows for full spline contact with the XR650L's output shaft, fit the counter shaft either way, and straight up no hassle installation with the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners (except 13 tooth that comes with it's own quick change retainer). Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that is comparable in every way to OEM Honda and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Honda output shaft and longest wear life possible.

A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.

16 tooth sprocket is the biggest front sprocket that will run with the standard 110 link chain and 45 tooth rear sprocket on an XR650L
The OEM cover will require modifying to use the 16 tooth sprocket on your XR650L.

For all years.

Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!

This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.

You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.

If you already have a Tool Tube you can order just the Locking End Cap and lock.

Does not fit if your bike is equipped with the new emissions system. The charcoal canister prevents the tool tube from being mounted properly.

Mondo Straps are named after the classic motorcycle movie, "Mondo Enduro". When they set out on their world trip they had hard luggage on their bikes. By the end of the movie the riders that were still pushing forward were all using simple straps and some homemade dry bags. The simple fact is soft luggage is more durable off road than hard luggage.

To use the Mondo Straps make a girth hitch around any mount point on your bike. Next, thread the flat runner back through the heavy duty metal cam buckle and pull it tight. For those people who have been wishing for a dual petcock setup for their Acerbis 5.3 and 6.6 gallon fuel tanks. Install this kit to get the last bit of fuel from the right hand side of the tank without tipping the bike on its side. Includes the right hand fuel valve, o-ring, screws, tee fitting, fuel hose and spring action hose clamps. You will have to drill the hole in your tank for the petcock standpipe. For Acerbis tanks only.

A pack of 10 Fuji style lock nuts to put on the sprocket of your KLR650. These are an 8 mm, flanged type nut that will keep your sprocket snug and tight.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.

Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.

The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.

Slime Tube Sealant is formulated and tested for use in all tube tires. Once installed, Slime remains liquid and will not harden or dry out. Slime is guaranteed for 2 years.

As the Slime treated tube rotates, centrifugal force pushes the sealant to the tread area creating a layer of protection, repairing punctures as they occur and treating existing punctures. Slime is not intended for use in tubes losing pressure from sidewall punctures, bead leaks, damaged rims or faulty valves. Slime for tube type tires is not recommended for use in tubeless tires.

The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.
