This street-legal knobby from Pirelli has good stability and cornering precision thanks to the carcass stiffness. The tread pattern optimized for use on dirt and gravel roads, cross-country racing and desert tours. It has lasting off-road performance and knob tearing resistance due to the special off-road compound.

Dunlop designed the D606 tire to be street-legal but with an emphasis on aggressive off-road riding and great durability. A full-depth tread pattern designed for rigorous off-road use yields excellent traction on everything from hard-packed fire roads to soft single-track trails. At the same time, the D606's tread compound is engineered for good highway durability and grip.

The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific. The light unit uses 16 high-intensity red LED's for tail/stop light function. 3 white LED's are used for license plate illumination. Included is a set of turn signal brackets that bolt to the mount. We've been asking for a bigger tank for years and it's finally happened. It's the same width between the knees but extends wider and further forward in front of the knee pockets. If you're like us, you hate the long floppy vent hose hanging off the cap of your aftermarket tank.

This one-way vent cap replaces the long hose with a short one only about 2" long. It allows air into your tank but prevents fuel from sloshing out.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

  These caps fit Acerbis tanks only.

The Rally windscreen from Parabellum is the perfect protection from wind and debris without sacrificing technical off-road capabilities. Mounting is accomplished by drilling two holes on each side of your headlight cowl using the provided template. 13.5 inches tall, 11.5 inches wide at the bottom, and 8.5 inches wide at the top. Made from military aircraft grade cast acrylic.

Front fender from ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. Vacuum molded, these are a design improvement over stock. These are fully compatible in any combination with the original factory plastic.

Formerly DSA, now ProCycle brand, is a plastics kit in three colors - Black, White, and Blue, as well as Blue fenders with White side panels and Black fenders with White side panels. (headlight cowl not included).

Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over the stock pieces. The side panels have a crisper, more angular look than the stock parts while the front fender is shaped like the DRZ400SM OEM front fender. Precision Motorcycle Racks strongly recommends these side racks be used with their Top Rack because the racks use each other to mount properly. They were never intended to be used by themselves without the rear rack.

These side racks will not play nice with any other brand rear rack, and installation without their top rack will prove to be quite difficult.

These quality JT sprockets are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

Now you can have minimum output shaft wear, minimum chain drive wear with the FRITZCO DRIVELINE sprocket. The design of their sprockets provide correct chain alignment, allows for full spline contact with the XR650L's output shaft, fit the counter shaft either way, and straight up no hassle installation with the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners (except 13 tooth that comes with it's own quick change retainer). Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that is comparable in every way to OEM Honda and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Honda output shaft and longest wear life possible.

A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.

16 tooth sprocket is the biggest front sprocket that will run with the standard 110 link chain and 45 tooth rear sprocket on an XR650L
The OEM cover will require modifying to use the 16 tooth sprocket on your XR650L.

Filling and bleeding a Magura hydraulic clutch does not need to be a routine chore and should only need to be done when air infiltration within the system is suspected. Magura uses mineral oil, which does not absorb moisture from the environment, to lubricate the whole system.

Note: Magura hydraulic systems use ONLY mineral oil. Do not introduce DOT brake fluid of any kind into a hydraulic system designed to use mineral oil as this will cause corrosion to the internal seals and system failure may result. The only time anyone should ever need to replace the hydraulic fluid in a Magura system is following a hydraulic line exchange, a system upgrade, a crash which has damaged the system components or in a situation where a lack of fluid within the system has been diagnosed by poor lever feel.

If you do need to bleed your Magura hydraulic system, their custom made kit does indeed make that chore easier.

This kit is for the 36mm Mikuni CV carburetor and includes 2 Needles that have been developed by JD Jetting and manufactured for them to their exacting specifications. These two needles allow a wide range of tuning possibilities and provide correct fuel delivery at any throttle position.

4 allen type screws for the top of the carburetor are also enclosed should you strip out the stock screws during your tuning process. Complete instructions with photos, jetting suggestions for different set-ups and situations, 5 Main Jets, a Pilot Jet and a drill bit complete the package.

The Optimate Cable O-20 is a SAE weatherproof bulkhead/panel mount power source. Main body fits a 1" dia. hole. Overall length of the unit is 12" from top of bulkhead to end of connector. Both connectors are industry standard 2-pin SAE connectors. We also offer an optional stainless steel bracket that you can bolt on wherever you like. This makes a clean installation and you won't have a charging cable hanging loose.
