DRZ400 rack is available in both a Utility and Sport version. The Sport version is 9" x 9" and the Utility is a full 2" longer for added storage space. Both of the S/SM racks have tabs so you can bolt the stock tool bag on.

CNC machined from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate with lots of slots to attach your Rok Straps (or other straps). This gives a considerably wider deck than the standard B&B Rack. Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and three bottles of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs and spacers and then install the caps. Preload spacer material is included with the .47 and .70 springs, additional spacers are not needed with the other kits.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

This new unit from JNS will protect your cases from the damage caused by a thrown chain, and will also keep your pants, boots or foot safe from your countershaft sprocket.

The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.

All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.

If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.

For reference, the stock gearing for the WR250R is 13/43 while the X model runs with a 13/42 stock configuration because of the SM wheels/tires. Both use a 108 link chain with the stock gearing.

This is the gasket used between the header pipe and the stock muffler. This gasket is not needed for aftermarket mufflers!

The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.

You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.

The PowerBomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels. Includes clamp-on mounts for the stock heat shield. We recommend Anti-Seize on exhaust fasteners.

If you're like us, you hate the long floppy vent hose hanging off the cap of your aftermarket tank.

This one-way vent cap replaces the long hose with a short one only about 2" long. It allows air into your tank but prevents fuel from sloshing out.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The X-Factory Handguards from Acerbis are designed with a steel bar encased in an injection-molded Nylon composite. A replaceable dual-injected polypropylene shield attaches to the bar, providing excellent protection against debris and harsh conditions.

Included with the handguards is a universal mount kit, enabling installation on either 7/8" or 1 1/8" handlebars.

Will not fit XT250 with stock handlebars (oversize bars ok). Recommend Acerbis Rally Pro X-Strong to clear master cylinder.

This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. Rubber isolators between the plate and the frame at these two bolt locations help to eliminate vibrations and keep noise down. Front mounts clamp around the frame for a solid connection.

The right side of the plate extends up to cover the oil filter and unbolts from the skid plate for easy filter changes. This skid plate has a black textured powder coat finish for great looks and durability. Includes stainless steel hardware.

Filling and bleeding a Magura hydraulic clutch does not need to be a routine chore and should only need to be done when air infiltration within the system is suspected. Magura uses mineral oil, which does not absorb moisture from the environment, to lubricate the whole system.

Note: Magura hydraulic systems use ONLY mineral oil. Do not introduce DOT brake fluid of any kind into a hydraulic system designed to use mineral oil as this will cause corrosion to the internal seals and system failure may result. The only time anyone should ever need to replace the hydraulic fluid in a Magura system is following a hydraulic line exchange, a system upgrade, a crash which has damaged the system components or in a situation where a lack of fluid within the system has been diagnosed by poor lever feel.

If you do need to bleed your Magura hydraulic system, their custom made kit does indeed make that chore easier.

Here is a tool to help you remove a few links from a chain that is too long. A great tool to have in your tool box.

The head of the pivot pin you are going to remove must be ground down level with the side plate before using this tool to push it out. Failure to do that will cause damage to the tool that is not covered by any warranty!
