The headpipe gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head, thereby making them a single use part. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.
The muffler joint gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers (Q4 or PowerCore 4) do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler do require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.
For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.
If you have '87-'07 KLR, you MUST order a new mounting bolt. Not required for 2008-2018 models.

If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.
These bands are the visible part of two fiber reinforced nylon injection moldings which form the structure on which the unique Tri-Foam filter system is bonded.

The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

The Swiftkicker is 100% manufactured in the USA from the highest quality components. The billet 6061 head and the hard anodized tube are significantly stronger than the stock stand. An oversized foot will assure that the end of your stand stays where it belongs, rather than eight inches underground with your bike lying on top of it. The design is trail proven in the harshest possible conditions. Because nothing is indestructible, any of the kickstand components are replaceable at a lower cost than purchasing an OEM kickstand.
