Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring. Is the cylinder head intake boot on your DR650 cracked or weathered, is it missing parts of the lip to seal around the carburetor, have you recently pulled the intake boot off only to realize the O-ring behind it is hard & brittle? The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. If there's any question about the condition of your bearing replace it now with this double sealed bearing and quality seal.
The headpipe gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head, thereby making them a single use part. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.
The muffler joint gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers (Q4 or PowerCore 4) do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler do require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Have you lost your stock heat shield, or need one on an aftermarket head pipe? FMF makes this nice unit that includes clamps, heat shield with the FMF logo and button head screws to hold it on. We recommend Anti-Seize on all exhaust fasteners.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.
Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.

The black kit uses 27/21 mm tubing while the Stainless uses straight 22 mm tubing throughout.
Both configurations have a tight fit for great ground clearance and are designed to work seamlessly with other SW-Motech products like their Skid Plate/Engine Guard and SW-Motech Hawk light mounts. Three secure mounting points per side provide the necessary support that make these so strong. Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

Yamaha mirrors have reverse threads on the right (throttle) side of the handlebars. This adapter allows you to mount a mirror with standard 10mm threads on the right side of your handlebar. This opens up many options for your mirrors, choose any 10mm mirror for your Yamaha.
ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar. These bars provide an additional 20mm of space next to where your levers and throttle are located for your GPS, phone cradle, auxiliary switches, etc . They come in Adventure (which is taller than stock) and Adventure High (which is even taller).
These are oversize bars, which means they are are 1 1/8", not the smaller 7/8" diameter. Therefore some bikes will require a adapter and there are several available to select from.

Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a plusher ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.

The Commuter shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but is much more dished out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area. The passenger platform has been built up to help prevent the passenger from sliding into the rider.

The ProCycle seat was designed for both comfort and function. Our seat is built with an advanced Progressive Density Foam (Pd-F) for those long days in the saddle, and also giving you freedom to move while standing.
The wide and sturdy seat makes long rides more comfortable. The vinyl weave helps keep you cool by letting air flow between you and the seat. The front of the seat is narrower, giving you space for your knees when you're standing, while the sides have grip so you can hold on with your knees while riding.
We will build the seat for you in-house on a new seat pan so all you have to do is put it on and go ride. Choose the heated seat option and we will add a Seat Warmer during the build process.
Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 2 strong powdercoated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approx 13" long. Long enough to carry your Tire Iron Wrenches.
You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.

License plate holder has been designed to replace the bulky standard assembly with a sturdy, neat unit. The Tail tidy accepts the standard Yamaha blinkers and is supplied with a LED number plate light.

It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers. The manufacturer recently decided to make half of the kit Copper washers as that is the material of choice for many OEM manufactures. This gives you the opportunity to decide which you prefer, but either will work great at creating a leak-free seal between the case and the drain plug.
