This kit will give you 80mm of adjustment over the stock screen.
In the raised position, the difference in ride comfort is remarkable. Wind noise reduction is very noticeable and airflow underneath your screen reduced the vacuum effect, creating smoother airflow and reducing turbulence.
In the lowered position, the screen sits at the same height as stock.
To adjust the screen, loosen the thumb nuts, slide into position and re-tighten the thumb nuts, no tools required.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield.
All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.
This shield is constructed of 3/16" military grade cast acrylic that is 17 inches wide at the bottom tapering to 16 inches at the top.

IMS Products 'Adventure Tank' for the Yamaha WR250R/X. They call this an Adventure tank because it maximizes your capacity preparing you for those extended trips without the need to stop and fill up. This tank has a 2.75 gallon advantage over the stock fuel tank and it handles it well.
IMS made this tank to replace the stock radiator shrouds and keep the fuel down low for a lower center of gravity, improving the handling and stability of the bike. They also have installed a lift pump to allow the stock fuel pump to stay in the standard position while efficiently utilizing the entire capacity of the tank. It is available in Natural, Black, Blue, Red and White.

This spring clip retainer takes the place of the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners when a FRITZCO sprocket is used.
Designed for OFF ROAD USE with the thought in mind that you can ride to your favorite off road spot using a 15 or 16 tooth sprocket and larger than stock rear sprocket. Then quickly change to the 13 tooth and enjoy the ripping torque provided by the huge amount of reduction the 13 tooth offers. Making the XRL much better in the technical stuff. You will really be surprised how much better a big bike like an XRL handles off road with low gearing.
This retainer can only be used with FRITZCO sprockets and can not be used with thin OEM type sprockets.

Dunlop designed the D606 tire to be street-legal but with an emphasis on aggressive off-road riding and great durability. A full-depth tread pattern designed for rigorous off-road use yields excellent traction on everything from hard-packed fire roads to soft single-track trails. At the same time, the D606's tread compound is engineered for good highway durability and grip.
The Dunlop D606 is R rated (max speed of 106 mph)
The TKC80 has a self-cleaning tread pattern along with high levels of side stability on soft surfaces with very good road handling manners. It is also original equipment on the BMW 1200 GS Adventure and KTM 690 Enduro R. Some of the tires are designated as tubeless type. These DP Standard brake pads are our OEM replacement sintered metal compound. Ideal for everyday use, both on and off-road. They provide excellent all-round braking hot or cold, wet or dry. Precision Motorcycle Racks strongly recommends these side racks be used with their Top Rack because the racks use each other to mount properly. They were never intended to be used by themselves without the rear rack.
If you are going to mount these side racks without the use of their top rack please select the extra hardware kit option that includes 2 brackets, 2 steel spacers, and an extra hardware kit that is required for proper installation.
These side racks will not play nice with any other brand rear rack, and installation without their top rack will prove to be quite difficult.

Bar Risers
This unique design from Rox allows you to move your bars either closer (1" up and back) or further away (1" forward and 1-1/4" up) depending on rider preference. These risers have an oblong mounting hole so that they will fit virtually any triple clamp with 8mm bolts. A set of reducers lock into the risers ensuring no slippage whether you have a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bars.
Because these are offset there may be limited clearance between the gas tank and the risers when the bars are fully turned on some models, mainly when mounted to move the bars closer.

A dual-rate fork spring for the early KLR650. These springs start with a .40 kg/mm winding and after approximately 20% of the stroke, stiffen up to .60 kg/mm for the remainder of the travel. A very nice improvement over the stock springs which are .40 kg/mm for the entire travel.
Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. Designed by Rick at Cogent Dynamics on his high-tech suspension dyno, then tested and endorsed by KLR owners all over, these units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.

Shock
Cogent Dynamics Mojave product is a drop-in replacement for the DR650 stock shock, no modifications necessary. Mojave is not simply an improved Suzuki shock, it is a brand new replacement shock that is a totally engineered suspension solution to suit your needs.
Each shock is assembled and tested on the Cogent Dynamics suspension dyno before being packed up and shipped. Like its bigger brother the Mojave Pro Series, this will make an incredible difference in the handling of your DR.
Mojave Improvements over stock
Mojave upper mount: uses a precision spherical bearing with dust seals, which accurately transfers damping forces to the motorcycle frame.
Internal improvements: Cogent designed shaft, seal head, damper piston, adjuster and clevis.
Mono tube construction: precision honed, super-stiff steel body with an upper body cap machined from billet aluminum.
Built-in billet aluminum separator piston provides an in-line gas pressure reservoir which eliminates the Suzuki rubber bladder.
This shock package includes the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and Preload Bearing that will make preload adjustments easy.
Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring. If you regularly have more than 250 pounds the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring. If you have any questions at all about this, please call.
You may choose to add the Hydraulic Preload Adjuster to make it the easiest of all. All you do is twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)
Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.
This 'Bling Ring' replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. The ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.
The added needle bearing thrust washer will make preload adjustments much easier. The ring then spins much easier against the spring making adjustments quite a bit easier.
This part can easily be added to the Cogent or Race Tech Shock Shaft Assemblies, even after they are built.
To install the Bling Ring on a shock with a stock shaft it must either be disassembled or have the lower clevis removed.
Race Tech HP Springs have a high stiffness-to-mass ratio. In other words; the springs are light weight for their particular spring rate. This requires the finest materials and processing. Shot-peened and pre-set so they cannot sack out. All Race Tech HP Springs have the highest rate tolerances in the industry. These are the finest springs in the world-guaranteed.
OEM spring rate is 6.7kg/mm. We offer stiffer spring rates for riders who wish to carry luggage or just prefer firmer suspension.

Fuel and Intake
Air Filter
Is the cylinder head intake boot on your DR650 cracked or weathered, is it missing parts of the lip to seal around the carburetor, have you recently pulled the intake boot off only to realize the O-ring behind it is hard & brittle? This kit is your solution to solving some of those mystery problems and make your bike like new again. There can be a great deal of heat that can radiate behind the cylinder head on a DR650 as it is an air cooled engine. With that comes long term maintenance items that will need to be replaced due to them being made of materials that cannot withstand those constant heat cycles indefinitely.

Geared for the do-it-yourselfer that already has a TM40 or HS40. This kit supplies everything you need to convert it for use on your bike.
Kit includes intake and air boot adapters, throttle cables, choke knob, accelerator pump nozzle, a wide selection of main and pilot jets plus a TM40 tuning manual.
This kit includes 2 Needles that have been developed by JD Jetting and manufactured for them to their exacting specifications. These two needles allow a wide range of tuning possibilities and provide correct fuel delivery at any throttle position.
4 allen type screws for the float bowl are also enclosed should you strip out the stock screws during your tuning process. Complete instructions with photos, jetting suggestions for different set-ups and situations, 5 Main Jets and a drill bit complete the package.

The Mikuni TM42-6 HSR flows 17CFM more than the TM40-6 and incorporates many upgraded features such as a roller-bearing slide.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

The Powerbomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses improving scavenging. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.
The PowerCore4 muffler was developed to increase the horsepower and torque throughout the entire power curve and give you a noticeable power increase that is very usable and beneficial, no matter what your riding style or ability is.

Suspension
Having the proper fork oil level is imperative to the handling of your bike. Setting the correct fork oil level is a snap with this fully adjustable gauge. The adjustable aluminum level plate can be set from 0 to 295mm. The oil reservoir has single milliliter markings up to 60ml.
Being able to accurately tune your forks by adjusting the oil level can make them better resist brake dive or bottoming. Oil level should be thought of as a fine tuning method to make your choice of spring rate work perfectly for your bike.
