The Öhlins Africa Twin shock has knob adjustable rebound and compression damping on a 46mm machined aluminum body combined with a hydraulic remote preload adjuster with a hose mounted actuator and mounting bracket. The gas reservoir uses a much higher quality compression adjuster/head valve along with a solid separator piston to prevent gas bleed-over. The improved adjuster circuits provide a wider range of adjustability.

Solo riders with light loads should select the 9.7 spring. 2-up riders or heavier loads select the 10.7 spring.

The AT-1 kit includes two new replacement fork base valves to completely revalve your forks in a straightforward pre-assembled kit. This kit is the adventure proven and suspension dynamometer tested kit for your CRF1000L front suspension. It uses new CNC aluminum damping pistons, valve stacks and check systems which come to you pre-assembled onto a base valve adjuster housing. This means you won't need a micrometer and valve shim experience to achieve the results you need. The Africa Twin 45mm upside-down fork uses sealed top cartridges.

This unique arrangement allows Africa Twin owners to do a simple disassembly of the fork, removing the cartridge and replacing the stock base valve assembly. Your stock valving assembly can be retained while the new AT-1 kit improves your suspension performance.

We suggest installation of stiffer fork springs along with the Revalve Kit.

These great grip pads give you that improved relationship between you and your machine. You will feel the difference the minute you throw your leg over. Will also help you cover wear spots on your tank whether it be the stock metal or a plastic tank. We tested had a couple sets of these on bikes with plastic tanks for at least 3 years and saw no signs of bubbling, peeling or coming off in any way.

The Safari Bash Plate is a bit bigger and more protective than the Big Tour model. Made from the same 5mm 5083 plate, this plate extends further up the front and around the sides of the motor. This plate adds protection to the undercarriage where the engine guard ends, giving you a more complete protection system. 3mm thick aluminum plate mounts to tabs that are built into the Centerstand. The Centerstand and the CS Extension function seamlessly together. These two pieces assure that you are completely protected down under. Kit includes Centerstand, hardware and detailed instructions.

Givi makes a great set of Crash Bars available for the Africa Twin. If your intentions include off-road riding of any kind, you really should not go without protection. Not only for you, but for your bike too. Even a slow-speed tip-over can cause damage that would make riding away impossible.

For the upper set, you just need to select the matching color to the lowers you have ordered. Install them all at once, or the lowers alone for a while, then the uppers. You cannot order the uppers without the lowers though as they will no mount correctly. The upper crash bars protect important radiators and bodywork. Essential in the event of any kind of crash. These also make excellent mounts for auxiliary lights for added visibility.

Included with each piece you receive a complete set of instructions and all mounting hardware required, in typical Givi fashion.

NOTE: The upper units REQUIRE the lower crash guards for proper mounting and are not a stand alone item!

Adventure bike heaven is off-road headed down a dirt road or a trail. If that is your dream, then as you know, you are going to fall. Sometime, someplace, it will happen, so be prepared! Save your bike before it happens.

SW-Motech makes some of the finest protection equipment available. The set-up for the Twin is available in a standard black powder coating or a semi-polished Stainless-Steel tubing. Both sets will protect the vital components of your motorcycle as well as you from damage incurred during a fall, slide or crash. They will preserve the frame, radiator, bodywork and other critical components from touching down with robust tubular steel. The black kit uses 27/21 mm tubing while the Stainless uses straight 22 mm tubing throughout.

Both configurations have a tight fit for great ground clearance and are designed to work seamlessly with other SW-Motech products like their Skid Plate/Engine Guard and SW-Motech Hawk light mounts. Three secure mounting points per side provide the necessary support that make these so strong. There is no drilling, cutting, welding or any other modifications required for mounting but still allows access to the oil filler, tool box and battery. Kit includes all necessary hardware and instructions and an aluminum cover to replace the OEM plastic cover at the lower mounting point on the left side.

Please Note that these Crash Bars are also compatible with the SW-Motech Skid Plate and the SW-Motech Centerstand.

B&B Off Road Engineering Radiator Guards are much stronger than the plastic OEM guards. Made from extruded aluminum and then CNC machined, these guards us a louver design like those of a modern motocross machine which provides maximum protection while allowing maximum airflow through the radiator for excellent cooling.

With the mounting system for these guards, they are easily and quickly removed if you need to get in for a good cleaning. Remove four easily accessible bolts and the guards are out of the way.

WILL NOT FIT WITH SW-MOTECH UPPER TANK BARS! Modifications will be needed to fit with the crossbar of the crash bar that runs in front of the radiator.

The SW-Motech Centerstand is something that should be an OEM item. Essential for flat tire repairs, tire changes, chain maintenance, oil changes, loading/unloading luggage and many other day-to-day maintenance operations.

Integration with OEM exhaust and sidestand is exceptional. The extended foot lever maximizes leverage making for easy elevation of your Twin. There are no penalties in clearance for these benefits. Tubular steel construction with a heavy-duty black powder coat provides for a stable foundation for supporting your motorcycle. No sacrifices were made to the performance or clearance of the Twin.

The DB model is approximately 1.75 inches taller than stock and the ST is approximately 3.5 inches taller than the original. Each screen is available in Clear, Smoke or Dark Smoke colors as well.

Finally! Quality replacement body parts at a fraction (35%!) of the OEM parts. Polisport's parts have been developed with their exclusive technologies - IPD (In-mold Plastic Decals) and DGP (Durable Gloss Propylene). These processes make these parts even more resistant and durable than the stock units with a perfect fit and glossy finish. The Side Panels include heat protection film, washers and rubber grommets, just like the OEM parts.

This is the brace needed to stabilize the wing like structure they call a front fender on the KLR – both generations. This simple bolt-on reduces wind buffeting and increases steering stability at highway speeds. It also helps carry the weight of a fender mounted tool bag.

Made from laser cut 5052 aluminum, then CNC formed and beautified with a shiny black powder coat. Easily mounts in a few minutes using the included stainless steel hardware.

Moose Racing now makes a seat for you KLR riders. This is a complete seat already installed on a new high quality seat pan. Take off your old seat, and put on your new Moose Racing seat and get back to riding! The durable micro-fiber suede top cover enhances rider comfort and increases stability. Side gripper panels ensure secure seating during aggressive maneuvers. The cover is constructed from smooth marine-grade vinyl and features an embossed Moose Racing logo. It includes a strap kit that enables secure attachment of cargo to the pillion section of the seat.

State-of-the-art replacement seats, Sargent seats are built on a percision-molded lightweight Polytec seat pan. Sargent's proprietary seat foam (Super Cell Atomic Foam) is their own unique blend of resilience, firmness, and vibration-absorption qualities, making it well suited for long distance comfort and support. Sargent seats are covered in a marine-grade, UV-stablized mildew resistant CarbonFX vinyl. Available in standard height and 1" lower than stock. These seats will fit bikes with the stock, IMS, or any other aftermarket fuel tank.

ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar. These bars provide an additional 20mm of space next to where your levers and throttle are located for your GPS, phone cradle, auxiliary switches, etc . They come in Adventure (which is taller than stock) and Adventure High (which is even taller).

These are oversize bars, which means they are are 1 1/8", not the smaller 7/8" diameter. Therefore some bikes will require a adapter and there are several available to select from.

From our friends at JNS Engineering, a very nice mount for a set of auxiliary lights on the front of your KLR650. Laser cut from 0.190" 5052 aluminum it is CNC formed and then powdercoated black. One of the best benefits is that it will not interfere with even the largest aftermarket fuel tanks. All included mounting hardware is stainless steel.

A nice place to mount auxiliary lights on your KLX where they will be high and easy to reach for adjustment but still tight to the cowlings. They will not interfere with controls, body work or the fuel tank.

Constructed of 1/8" stainless steel they are intended for LED lamps in the 2" range, but with a slight slotting of the mounting holes, will work great with 3" lights as well. Includes longer bolts to for the upper triple clamp mounts.

Double the size of your side stand footprint and half the chances of your KLR tipping over when parked on soft terrain. This laser cut, TIG welded 0.190" thick slice of aluminum bolts to your machine with just the addition of a hole in the stock side stand pad. Just takes minutes to mount.

Like most machines, the OEM pegs on the Africa Twin are for the birds. They are small and provide a minimalist platform to control the motorcycle and they are uncomfortable if you stand on them for very long. You can install new, larger pegs or you can bolt on these beautiful aluminum extenders on top of the stock units. You can see the stock peg inside the topper in the upper image.

If you stand for very long these pegs will pay for themselves quickly. CNC machined with slightly rounded edges on the teeth so they won't eat up the soles of your boots, then anodized black, these are pretty and functional. 2.32" x 3.38" is nearly double the contact area of the stock pegs. Mounting hardware and detailed instructions are included, making installation a snap.

Pegs that are designed for real adventure, providing a level of comfort not seen with other pegs. 2.25" by 3.5" makes for a platform that you can stand on for long periods with no worries. All necessary parts included for a direct bolt-on application.
