The automatic feed is fully adjustable to suit the rider's needs while retaining full manual override with the clutch lever. This automatic feed delivers easier on/off throttle transitions, improved traction, better control, and more confidence.
Complete set of friction plates, HD springs and steel separator plates prevent premature driven plate wear, oil muddying and loss of stack height. Built with swaged aluminum carriers that spread the load on the clutch basket and prevent clutch basket "dogging". Anti-swell, alloy impregnated heavy-duty facings for smooth clutch action. Allows modulation, unlike paper clutches which tend to snatch. Don't forget to add a fresh gasket.
Made from laser cut, medical grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth. This filter provides 200% more filter area than most other filters. Most high quality filters will pass particles in the 90 to 95 micron range, and some tested, as much as 300 microns. Sand is about 125 microns and a white blood cell approximately 25 microns. Scott's stainless filter catches items down to 35 microns "absolute". The pleat seam is welded, not glued like paper filters, increasing temperature resistance to 600 degrees F.
Includes forged JE 89mm piston 10.5:1 piston, Rings, Clips, Pin, big bore sleeve and top end gasket set. You will have to have the big bore sleeve installed in your cylinder and bored to fit the larger piston.

This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

The Bag Snake kit works great for rear bags and side bags. When rigged with a side bag the second ring on the ring tensioner creates a secondary buckle so you can loosen the top for access and your bag doesn't fall away from the bike.
When rigged for a rear bag the diagonal section of the strap prevents any slippage over the ends of the bag. For this reason, the Bag Snake is great for smaller rear bags.

ROK Straps are a two-piece strap with a quick-release buckle in the middle and loops on each end. One end of the strap is a heavy duty nylon, the other has a strong stretchable section. Instead of hooks that can slip or come undone, ROK Straps have a loop sewn in each end. you pass the buckle around your frame, rack or other secure point and then back through the loop in the end making for a very secure mount. When upgrading your Suzuki DR650 with LED turn signals, it's required to install a diode module to prevent all of the signals from blinking at once regardless of left or right signal activation. Some riders choose to splice and solder their own solution, but we like things plug and play. That means all you have to do is plug in the TST kit and you're done! As the Slime treated tube rotates, centrifugal force pushes the sealant to the tread area creating a layer of protection, repairing punctures as they occur and treating existing punctures. Slime is not intended for use in tubes losing pressure from sidewall punctures, bead leaks, damaged rims or faulty valves. Slime for tube type tires is not recommended for use in tubeless tires.

High quality sprockets
Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!
Now you can have minimum output shaft wear, minimum chain drive wear with the FRITZCO DRIVELINE sprocket. The design of their sprockets provide correct chain alignment, allows for full spline contact with the XR650L's output shaft, fit the counter shaft either way, and straight up no hassle installation with the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners (except 13 tooth that comes with it's own quick change retainer). Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that is comparable in every way to OEM Honda and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Honda output shaft and longest wear life possible.
A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.
16 tooth sprocket is the biggest front sprocket that will run with the standard 110 link chain and 45 tooth rear sprocket on an XR650L
The OEM cover will require modifying to use the 16 tooth sprocket on your XR650L.

The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.

Kit Contents
A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.
Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.
The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.
The X-Grip with handlebar mount is best suited for larger phones up to 4.5" wide. The spring loaded X-Grip cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit. Kit also includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.

We offer two different types of SuperMoto tubes. The first are Standard Tubes and are meant to be used with standard bias-ply type tires, but can be used with radial tires also.
But, if you are running radial tires, like SuperMoto, or have a retro bikes with spoked wheels and radial tires, you probably want to run the 'Radial Tubes'. Front tubes fits 120/70 and 120/60 tires. Rear tubes fits 150/60, 150/70 and 160/60 tires. These have a metal valve stem.
