This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.

Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.

The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

This component is a Genuine Suzuki part.

Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and three bottles of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs and spacers and then install the caps. Preload spacer material is included with the .47 and .70 springs, additional spacers are not needed with the other kits.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

Lowers the rear suspension. Precision machined from billet aluminum and anodized.

*Important when lowering the rear suspension you want to raise the fork tubes in the clamps an equal amount of inches that the rear is being lowered. That way your bike will sit level when done.

Disclaimer: Lowering the front and/or rear of your motorcycle will change the geometry and may affect the handling, use caution after making changes/adjustments.

This new unit from JNS will protect your cases from the damage caused by a thrown chain, and will also keep your pants, boots or foot safe from your countershaft sprocket.

The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.

All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.

If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.

This is the gasket used between the header pipe and the stock muffler. This gasket is not needed for aftermarket mufflers!

Reusable billet aluminum muffler joint gasket. Factory joint gaskets usually cannot be removed from the pipe without damage. This one can be used over and over again. Pays for itself the first time you need to remove you muffler during service or repairs.

The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. The MadStad brackets bolt to the top of your fork clamps and are completely free of the handlebars. You can adjust the shield for the optimum height, angle and airflow for comfortable street and highway riding. When going off-road you can leave your comfort adjustment as-is and pivot the entire system down and forward in front of the headlight so you can get it out of your face completely. When it comes time to hit the pavement again, simply pivot it back up and you are back in street riding comfort mode.

The Go Cruise cruise control mounts over the throttle grip and rests on the brake lever to hold your throttle open, allowing you to stretch and rest your hand on long rides. Installs and removes in seconds with no tools. You can roll off the throttle manually to disengage the Go Cruise.

Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. Soft grip is extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel and reduces the chance of blisters; however, because the grip is so soft, it wears quickly. Medium is a compromise between firm and soft. Firm grip has the same feel as a stock grip, it is very strong and has very good resistance to tearing and abrasion. The set includes a 27mm for the rear and a 22mm for the front. Each 10 inch forged steel tire iron has a hex wrench on one end. The rounded spoon end minimizes pinched tubes and scarred rims.

This is a DRC wrench for your axle nut on one side, and a great tire spoon on the other.The long handle makes it easy to undo tight axle nuts and give you a bunch of leverage for changing tires. These are heat treated steel and range from 10 to 10.6 inches long.

Don't hit the trails without these tire irons. Each 10 inch forged steel tire iron has a hex wrench on one end. A 22mm for the front and a 24mm for the rear for older generation KLRs ('87 - '07) or a 19mm for the front and a 27mm for the rear for the new generation machines ('08 and newer). Rounded spoon end minimizes pinched tubes and scarred rims.

New tires and tubes deserve new rim strips! Choose the correct size for your wheels and toss-out those old cracked and broken ones.

For 19" rims, please order the 18" rim strip. These fit just fine!

Be sure to order the 2.25" wide strip ONLY if you have SuperMoto rear rim. This is a 16" strip that will fit your 17" SM rim perfectly!

Cycle Racks Bag Supports can used for many different Cycle Racks and can be used on either the front or rear rack.

When they developed these, they wanted a functional, yet "Easy On- Easy Off application. The pig tail hook goes up, over and underneath the bar of the rack, they can also be used upside down on the rear rack as side boards. To install them, wing them out, slide them in place and then wing them back down. Simply reverse the process to remove them.

Rok-Straps are supplied to secure them in place. They are pre-drilled to accept the pattern of the Roto-Pax Pack Mount (sold separately) so you can carry fuel or attach them to your own bags.

Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier.

Here is the little switch that mounts inside your brake or clutch lever perch and controls the brake light or clutch safety circuit. This switch often gets damaged in an unplanned dismount (aka: crash) or the plastic simply cracks from age. Ride in warm temperatures a lot? Worried about your motor oil just getting too hot? The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.
