6.6 gallons just not enough? Here is your answer, the 10 gallon tank from IMS. This tank is so large that they installed an internal lift pump to use the full capacity of the tank while maintaining a lower center of gravity than the OEM tank.

Most fuel injected systems are very lean in their stock configuration. This is good for economy and emissions, but not performance. This unit allows you to adjust the Fuel/Air (F/A) ratio without remapping the ECU and getting into complicated software programs. The PowerJet Fuel Controller allows you to adjust the fuel map from -4% to +10% by selecting one of 10 built-in settings (including stock).

The device works by measuring the outside air temperature very close to where the stock sensor is located and then adjusts the signal from the OEM air temperature sensor to the ECU to make use of the Air Temperature Correction factor that is built into the stock ECU. The ECU is told that the intake air is a little cooler than it actually is and it responds by richening the injection map very slightly. How much depends on your setting on the PowerJet. This will result in improved throttle response, especially if you have an aftermarket exhaust of any kind.

PowerJet is easily installed by plugging it in between the stock AIT sensor and the bike's wiring harness under the seat. This can be done very quickly as they are exactly the same plugs. Unplug the stock connection, plug in the PowerJet on each side. The PowerJet fits easily under the seat behind the battery as it is rugged and waterproof. PowerJet comes with a full one year warranty.

The stock lamp that comes with this rally light is great, but you can get  well over double the brightness  with the LED upgrade at a substantially lower power draw. Note if your bike is ac powered at the headlight you will need the rectifier for the LED option.. AKA carbureted KTM's CRFX and XR400/650.. others may apply.

This is a simple three piece kit you can install in minutes that cleans up the stock DR rear-end. 

We use the DR250 taillight that fits perfectly into the pocket of the stock taillight on the DR650 fender. It is smaller, looks great and is out of harms way more than the stock unit. It is a total 'plug-n-play' as the wire pigtail plugs right into the DR650 harness just like stock. 

Then we use a small LED light to keep you legal and illuminate your license plate, which gets mounted to our custom stainless steel bracket that is powder coated black, eliminating the stock ugly plastic mount.

This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. Reduce exhaust leaks with this new exhaust gasket. This gasket goes between the header pipe and the cylinder head.

We recommend Anti-Seize on exhaust fasteners.

Have you lost your stock heat shield, or need one on an aftermarket head pipe? FMF makes this nice unit that includes clamps, heat shield with the FMF logo and button head screws to hold it on. We recommend Anti-Seize on all exhaust fasteners.

The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.

You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.

Quality steel sprockets and EK SROZ2 525 O-Ring chain. Available in gear ratio choices from - 13/42 to 15/46. EK SROZ2 525 chains come in 120 link length and may have to be cut down to fit. They also come with rivet type master links. Clip type links are available below.

  13 and 14 Tooth sprockets require a smaller retainer

• Stock gearing uses a 15 tooth sprocket
• Use a 13 tooth sprocket for REALLY low off-road gearing
• Use a 14 tooth sprocket for off-road performance
• A 16 tooth sprocket will give you lower RPM at highway or street speeds

Quality steel rear sprockets. Choose 525 or 520. 41T to 50T

48 and 50 sprockets require removal or modification of your lower chain guide.

Chain Size Recommendations:

• 110 link chain for a 42 tooth rear sprocket
• 112 link chain for a 46 tooth sprocket
• 120 link for the 48 and above sprockets.
• 120 link chain will have to be cut to the proper size for the 48 and 50.

MotoPressor Tire Gauge comes with two chucks. A straight chuck for "easy to get at" valve stems PLUS a 45° chuck for those "not so easy to get at" valve stems. 

We all know what a pain fuel Station gauges are. Most are woefully inaccurate and impossible to get onto a motorcycle valve stem. No need to switch between the gauge and air compressor hose! Added a little too much air to your tire? Simply press the air bleed button and adjust to your desired pressure. 

NOTE: When swapping out the chuck, use plumbers tape on the hose thread. Wrap the thread, in a clockwise direction with 3 - 5 wraps of plumbers tape. Screw on the new chuck and tighten. Failure to follow these instructions will result in air leak!
