The Neutral Sending Unit "NSU" on the DR650 can be a problem. The factory screws tend to loosen over time. You really would not want them to get loose in your motor! The permanent solution is to safety wire them. We looked high and low and finally found pre-drilled screws in the correct length and thread pitch. Here we offer a complete kit to take care of those pesky screws.

If you don't do this, you don't have a screw loose, you have TWO screws loose!

The Complete Doohickey Replacement Kit features the Doohickey supplied by Eagle Manufacturing, a torsion spring accompanied by a drill bit, a generator cover gasket, and an exterior cover gasket. Additionally, it includes all necessary components for rotor removal, along with a replacement bolt for reassembly.

B&B Off Roads Honda XR150L bash plate is made from 4mm aluminum 5083 plate. This plate is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding, abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All bash plates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. All bash plates have a polished finish and have foam or rubber where required.

Constructed of 3mm-thick (1/8"-thick) aluminum for heavy-duty, light-weight protection. Baseplate includes side protectors that wrap around the engine case to provide both bottom and side protection.

Construction of these handguards feature heavy duty aluminum guards with colored plastic deflector shields. Don't hit the trails without these tire irons. Each 10 inch forged steel tire iron has a hex wrench on one end. A 22mm for the front and a 24mm for the rear for older generation KLRs ('87 - '07) or a 19mm for the front and a 27mm for the rear for the new generation machines ('08 and newer). Rounded spoon end minimizes pinched tubes and scarred rims.

New tires and tubes deserve new rim strips! Choose the correct size for your wheels and toss-out those old cracked and broken ones.

For 19" rims, please order the 18" rim strip. These fit just fine!

Be sure to order the 2.25" wide strip ONLY if you have SuperMoto rear rim. This is a 16" strip that will fit your 17" SM rim perfectly!

The chain itself is 25 inches long with 8 inch nylon straps at each end. All together this saw weighs 1/4 of a pound. This will tuck away nicely into any tool pouch or saddle bag as it roll up into a tight round.
