This 'Bling Ring' replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. The ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.

The added needle bearing thrust washer will make preload adjustments much easier. The ring then spins much easier against the spring making adjustments quite a bit easier.

This part can easily be added to the Cogent or Race Tech Shock Shaft Assemblies, even after they are built.

To install the Bling Ring on a shock with a stock shaft it must either be disassembled or have the lower clevis removed.

Because the stock shock cannot be rebuilt and offers insufficient adjustment, Race Tech developed a bolt on replacement shock to cure an under sprung and under-damped stock setup.

Race Tech's G3-S Custom Series Shocks are truly custom with spring rates and valving picked specific to each rider. Each shock is built to order featuring Gold Valves to guarantee a plush feel and great bottoming resistance while also providing more traction than any other setup on the market.

*Important when lowering the rear suspension you want to raise the fork tubes in the clamps an equal amount of inches that the rear is being lowered. That way your bike will sit level when done.

In stock form, the forks, featuring a single spring design are under sprung for any rider over 100 pounds. With limited travel, adding a stiffer spring in the right leg only per the stock design was not a viable option.

Race Tech instead offers a High Performance Spring Kit that adds a stiffer spring to the other fork. (The overall spring rate in the forks is the average spring rate between both legs.) This upgrade will make a drastic improvement in handling for most riders.

Changing your countershaft sprocket? Here is the gasket you need for the left hand side case cover of your TW200. This is the same side of the engine as your gear shift lever and chain.

Fresh O-rings to ensure your XRL stays oil-tight and leak free. The Valve Cover Kit includes 4 new valve cover O-rings.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

This unique design from Rox allows you to move your bars either closer (1" up and back) or further away (1" forward and 1-1/4" up) depending on rider preference. These risers have an oblong mounting hole so that they will fit virtually any triple clamp with 8mm bolts. A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.

Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.

The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.

OEM Suzuki headlight cowling.

Formerly DSA, now ProCycle brand, is a plastics kit in three colors - Black, White, and Blue, as well as Blue fenders with White side panels and Black fenders with White side panels. (headlight cowl not included).

Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over the stock pieces. The side panels have a crisper, more angular look than the stock parts while the front fender is shaped like the DRZ400SM OEM front fender. This seal helps keep debris and water out of your DR650 air box and it may become damaged or missing over the years. It is an important part of your DR650's intake system to maintain & prolong air filter life.

Simply, remove the air box door, then remove the old seal and clean out the track it sat in. Set the new seal in place and cut off any excess material remaining. Install the air box door and you are done.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

Wide Adventure rack for the WR. Precision laser cut from .25" 5052 aluminum then powder coated black with a shot peened look. This rack is 11" x 17.5" and has numerous tie points for straps or bungees to secure a load. It is pre-drilled for a RotopaX mount. Easy installation means it is bolted to the bike in 10 minutes. This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

Front fender from DSA Concepts Plastics is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. Vacuum molded, these are a design improvement over stock. These are fully compatible in any combination with the original factory plastic.

ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) Rear Fenders include LED tail/brake light and license plate holder. Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over stock.

These low and rear mounts move the pegs down 2" and back 1.3".

Low peg mounts for the DR From Wirtz Wire. These are different than our other mounts for several reasons. First, these are designed around the stock pegs. All of the pegs in this section will fit these mounts. Another difference is that these mounts are offered in a low mount as well as a low and rearward mount. These are 'wire EDM' machined from solid 1018 steel bar stock, and are not welded anywhere. They are powder coated black for a great look. 

Kit comes with new mounts, longer bolts and a longer brake switch spring that will be needed. Pegs are optional, your stock pegs will work.
