The Akrapovic double-flow muffler is made of a Titanium outer shell with a Stainless Steel end cap. The joint on the inlet cap is CNC milled and connected to the inlet pipe with silicon-shielded tempered springs. This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. Mondo Straps are named after the classic motorcycle movie, "Mondo Enduro". When they set out on their world trip they had hard luggage on their bikes. By the end of the movie the riders that were still pushing forward were all using simple straps and some homemade dry bags. The simple fact is soft luggage is more durable off road than hard luggage.

You can add the double D ring loop to any 1" flat webbing system. This simple piece adds a lot of flexibility to any luggage system you are using. Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.
Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound. In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific.
