The little tool bag that Yamaha provides behind the side cover is nice, but adding this Tool Tube to your TW will make it easier to carry some real tools! The ABS pipe is plugged on each end with waterproof expanding plugs. It is held to the frame of your TW with powder-coated steel straps and brackets. It provides a storage space of 3" ID x 10-1/2" long. Includes all hardware required to mount to your TW200.

You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.

Cycle Racks Bag Supports can used for many different Cycle Racks and can be used on either the front or rear rack.

When they developed these, they wanted a functional, yet "Easy On- Easy Off application. The pig tail hook goes up, over and underneath the bar of the rack, they can also be used upside down on the rear rack as side boards. To install them, wing them out, slide them in place and then wing them back down. Simply reverse the process to remove them.

Rok-Straps are supplied to secure them in place. They are pre-drilled to accept the pattern of the Roto-Pax Pack Mount (sold separately) so you can carry fuel or attach them to your own bags.

They are sold together in a set of one right support and one left support.

Nomadic Rack for the TW200. CNC laser cut from 3/16" 5052 aluminum with a large 12 x 10-7/8 mounting surface area. Sand blasted and then powder coated black to give it a shot peened look. This rack is an easy installation with a 4 point mounting system with no modifications required. There are multiple strap slots for securing gear bags and cargo. Doubles as a grab handle or tow bar. Tired of your mushy front suspension? ProCycle now offers heavy duty fork springs for the TW200!

Includes material for spacers.

Stock Spring Rate is .50 kg/mm. The .60 kg/mm springs are 20% stiffer than stock while the .70 kg/mm is 40% stiffer than stock.

Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and one bottle of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

Stock Spring Rate is .50 kg/mm. The .60 kg/mm springs are 20% stiffer than stock while the .70 kg/mm is 40% stiffer than stock.

DDC Tool will not work with this spring series

These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. These units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.

DDC Tool will not work with this spring series

Lighter and stiffer than stock, these high quality straight rate springs are custom made specifically for the TW200. No adapter is needed! A proper rear spring will give a smoother more controlled ride. No more bottoming and better traction and confidence off-road.

If you (with all your gear on) weigh up to 220 lbs, you want the 15 kg/mm spring. 225 lbs and up will want the 19 kg/mm spring.

An upright Dakar Rally inspired shield designed to protect the rider without interfering with off-road riding. For on-road riding the Rally shield protects the rider’s core from fatiguing air blasts while keeping the head in clean air. The Rally shield for the TW200 is 13 inches tall, 12.5 inches wide at the bottom, 9 inches wide at the top, and made from military grade 1/8 inch cast acrylic in either clear or tint.

Replacement retainer if yours is worn out or lost.  
This retainer is has a no hassle installation for quick change sprocket swaps with simple readily available tools (pliers and screw driver).

This spring clip retainer takes the place of the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners when a FRITZCO sprocket is used.

All sizes of new FRITZCO sprockets come with a quick change retainer included, this is only a replacement.

This retainer can only be used with FRITZCO sprockets and can not be used with thin OEM type sprockets.

FRITZCO front sprockets are a straight up no hassle installation. Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that in every way is comparable to OEM Yamaha and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Yamaha output shaft and longest chain wear life possible.

High quality sprockets

• Stock size is 14 tooth
• Add teeth for highway riding
• Subtract teeth for low end gearing

Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!

The basic purpose of a center stand serves to enhance ownership experience by easily raising the rear wheel completely off the ground for drive chain lubrication and adjusting, tire & tube patching/replacement and even FRONT wheel work. A replacement Clarke Gas Cap that fits most Clarke Gas tanks. Comes with rubber gasket.

Fits all TW200's. Includes a new cap and uses the stock petcock. Capacity is 2.7 gallons (stock tank is 1.8 gallons).

  Clarke tanks do not come with a vent hose or vent cap.

Please note: All Clarke TW200 tanks have blemishes due to the mold used in their manufacturing process. Also, side panels are likely not snap into tank as they do on the stock tank.

This kit includes a DOT LED headlight assembly with plug-and-play wiring harness, a specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket, and all the required installation hardware.

How does this headlight compare to our original TW200 kit? First and foremost, this kit has SAE/DOT markings and a much wider/brighter high beam pattern. The low beam is very similar to our original kit: wide, flat, and bright but with more punch. The DOT headlight assembly has also proven to be more durable than the original headlight.

The Powercore 4 spark arrestor muffler. FMF developed the Powercore 4 to increase the horsepower and torque throughout the entire power curve. Highest quality packing for long life.
