The LITHIUM US is an advanced microprocessor-controlled charger specially designed to recharge and maintain the cells of Lithium-Iron (LiFePO4)  batteries – maximizing their performance and lifespan. With up to 4.3A of charge current available the LITHIUM US is extremely flexible and will charge LiFePO4 batteries from 5Ah to 60Ah and maintain up to 120Ah.

The operation is simple and charging will commence upon connection. With no need to disconnect the battery from the vehicle, the LITHIUM US will automatically reset any low voltage protection electronics (Battery Management System) fitted. Charging can be restarted manually at any time using the ‘Reset’ button.

The standard ring connector is a simple, quick connection with a fused positive ring cable and negative cable that attaches directly to your battery with an industry standard 2-pin, SAE connector.

Charges and maintains all 12 volt lead acid, gel and lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4)/lithium ion polymer Non-RS/Non-BMS powersport batteries

Features:

• CONSTANT CURRENT CHARGE - If the battery voltage is over 10 volts, the charger will deliver a 2 amp charge until the battery reaches 14.2 volts.
• MAINTENANCE CHARGE - When the battery reaches 14.2 volts, the charger will automatically convert to maintenance mode. The charger will revert to charge mode when the voltage drops below a specified voltage.
• LOW VOLTAGE RECOVERY - If battery voltage is below 8 volts, the charger will apply a .2 amp charge to recover the battery, once the battery reaches 8 volts, the charger will apply a .5 amp charge, at 10 volts a full 2 amp charge is applied until the battery is fully charged.
• AUTOMATIC VERIFICATION STAGE - Charger automatically stops charging if the battery does not reach at least 10 volts after 2 hours of charging.
• SAFETY - Power is not passed thru the charging leads unless they are connected to a battery.
• LED indicator light shows charging status.
• Includes heavy duty clamps and fused ring terminal SAE adapter.

You can charge your Shorai battery with a regular battery charger but, if you want the very best for it this charger is designed for optimum performance by balancing the individual cells in the battery. Balanced charging ensures the battery reaches its fullest capacity and longest life. 'Store' mode allows long term maintenance storage.
