Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.

These Cogent Dynamic Drop-in Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. These units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.

The complete fork upgrade kit - Straight rate springs and Race Tech Gold Valves. Also includes a set of top quality fork seals and fork oil to complete the job. Everything you need to transform your mushy stock forks into suspension that really works.

Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and three bottles of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs and spacers and then install the caps. Preload spacer material is included with the .47 and .70 springs, additional spacers are not needed with the other kits.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

Progressive springs offer a soft initial spring rate for a plush ride. Progressively wound design provides increased resistance to bottoming as spring compresses. These springs are significantly stiffer than the wimpy stock springs.

They will make a big improvement in front fork action while still delivering a smooth ride. Sold in pairs.

The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. No repacking required! The Leo Vince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell. It features a semi-direct chamber design that is maintenance free. ROK Straps are a two-piece strap with a quick-release buckle in the middle and loops on each end. One end of the strap is a heavy duty nylon, the other has a strong stretchable section. Construction is a simple piece of 1" Nylon webbing with a loop sewn into one end.

Having the proper fork oil level is imperative to the handling of your bike. Setting the correct fork oil level is a snap with this fully adjustable gauge. The adjustable aluminum level plate can be set from 0 to 295mm. The oil reservoir has single milliliter markings up to 60ml.

Being able to accurately tune your forks by adjusting the oil level can make them better resist brake dive or bottoming. Oil level should be thought of as a fine tuning method to make your choice of spring rate work perfectly for your bike.

This retainer is has a no hassle installation for quick change sprocket swaps with simple readily available tools (pliers and screw driver).

This spring clip retainer takes the place of the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners when a FRITZCO sprocket is used.

Designed for OFF ROAD USE with the thought in mind that you can ride to your favorite off road spot using a 15 or 16 tooth sprocket and larger than stock rear sprocket. Then quickly change to the 13 tooth and enjoy the ripping torque provided by the huge amount of reduction the 13 tooth offers. Making the XRL much better in the technical stuff. This retainer can only be used with FRITZCO sprockets and can not be used with thin OEM type sprockets.

Changing sprockets for gearing can wear out the lock washer after a few uses. This is an OEM replacement.

Many riders choose to convert over from the stock 525 to a 520 chain. Besides being lighter and less expensive, a 520 chain is more readily available as well as having more sprocket size options.

New Rear Sprockets require new Sprocket Bolts because of a difference in the holes vs. the stock bolts.
